At first glance, Sleeper’s Bar doesn’t look like much, but the inside is incredibly well decorated and renovated. The owner was very friendly and struck up great conversation with us. It’s also located away from all of the craziness with Indiana University bars, putting it in an ideal spot. The drinks are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend stopping by this bar!

Amazing new bar! Sleeper is absolutely great! Can make any drink and is an amazing host. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Close to downtown but without all the traffic and crazy noise. Worth a visit!! Definitely my new favorite spot in town.

This is a hidden gem; located outside IU, it gives you a comfortable atmosphere without the noise (and chaos) of students. Our bartender and owner are friendly, professional, and personable. I echo similar sentiments that you feel like a friend from the moment you walk in. It’s our new favorite bar in Bloomington, and with it being attached to the motel, I think we found our new staple plan for each visit.
