I went to sonic and ordered a chilly cheese coney w no cheese and jalepons definitely NOT WHAT I GOT!!! Had them remake it and once again put no chili on it and the order says NOTHING abt chilli. The first one had a tiny amount of chilly and they were rude to the worker who asked them to remake it for me. Jessie and Caden were the ones I spoke too and they were awesome but something definitely needs to be done abt the kitchen.

We went through the drive through and the young man at the window only addressed us to say the price. He was short and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. M husband’s burger was not made as we ordered it and my burger patty was cold!

This sonic is only good if you want drinks. When you order food you dont get the food your ordered if you are lucky to get your food at all. The staff acts like they dont care and dont want to be there. Its takes forever to get your food, there were alot of times that we were waiting for 30 minutes to get our food.

I think this is truly the worst Sonic I’ve been to. I was trying again today after some time hoping it would be better, but NOPE they are still up to the same old game of putting put horrible food. No one in this store would eat this corn dog, so why would you send it out to a customer as if we don’t value the money we spend. This is terrible and should never be allowed

Last two visits my orders were incorrect or food was not good. First my drink was incorrect and missing condiments. The most recent the burgers and tots were dry as if they had been made hours prior and were sitting out. They were not warm but were room temp. Not edible. Again no condiments for tots. Why is cheese on bottom, see pic.
