Ordered online. Pulled into drive through the line was all the way to the sign. No big deal it’s rush hour. Pull up to the order speaker and tell them I have a mobile order. And they say ok pull around. Well I couldn’t move yet so I sat there. I was there 5-8 minutes before the line moved. A tad excessive but sometimes happens at rush hour because of the amount of chicken going out the kitchen needs time to recover it’s not instant. Well I end up sitting in line for right about 25 minutes. Before I got my food. I live 1.5 miles got home opened the food. It’s warm not hot. Most likely from the wait time. Ordered about 6:50 pm got my food at 7:25 pm it’s a 5 minute drive for me. Started eating and the chicken was rubbery biscuits tasted old and falling apart. I used to work for kfc. And I would have been fired over this kind of service and food. This is very sad that this is even a problem. But sometimes someone needs to step in and improve the process. I know it can’t be perfect and every car but 2-3 minutes a transaction from order speaker to customer leaving with food is not gonna happen at this place. Better bring your pillow and take a nap while waiting on your cold food. I had to end up making sandwiches. My kids wouldn’t eat it the food was so terrible. The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes I mean you literally can’t mess that up at this restaurant. I don’t know if this store is a franchise or if it’s owned by kfc but something needs to be done. Over the last year this place has just gone down hill bad. I hate Taco Bell but I’ll start going there instead. At least I will get hot food and generally fast service. If everyone was properly trained at this restaurant I don’t see how you could mess it up. But this crew did tonight. Rubbery chicken that’s cold coated in grease wasn’t properly dried before putting in the warmer and the biscuits were just turning into powder when you tried to pick them up. Crumbling couldn’t eat it if I wanted too.

I want to start by saying this has happened multiple times. I always do a mobile order; usually, they take at least 15 minutes, which isn’t the problem. The problem is when they take over 30 minutes to get me my food. In addition, the food was wrong and COLD, of course. The cherry on top? The rude employees who couldn’t care less. They finally brought my food out and I received the most half-assed “sorry about the wait” that she could muster. As someone who works in customer service, I would NEVER have a customer sitting for that long. And if I did, I would give them a real apology with a drink or a little snack in addition. I ordered at 11:59 this morning if management cares to check.

Be sure to check your food before driving all the way home. They can’t get it right then expect you to pack it all back up and bring it back to make it right?

That doesn’t make up for the inconvenience. At least the people after me hopefully won’t get flat soda . And if management wants to confirm who was working it was placed at 7:23 order placed and after long wait and the drive 12 min drive home it’s now 8:06 just to wrong food and flare drinks

Also they forgot my gravy for the mashed potatoes and the Mack and cheese was probably the reheat’s from the day before.
I honestly did not go back to ask for a refund because is far away from my home.

This is the most inefficient place, they do not work from the screen in order, who ever is the training manager needs to be retrained they have failed their crew miserably. Everyone’s out of sync here so drive thru will be dead meanwhile the poor girl at the front is overwhelmed and it takes the other employees 15 mins to come assist her. There’s 4 workers here and it’s always a wait with zero customer service, urgency or effort.
