Absolute worst food I ever attempted to eat. The hamburger pattie had to have been cooked days ago and the fries were so tough they were inedible. Other locations are not like this. Someone sincerely needs to do something here. I will never ever return to this location.

Seriously…WTF level of incompetence must ya’ll have working there? Glad my kid did not eat all of this before I noticed how severely UNDERCOOKED it was! Also was SUPPOSED to be EXTRA BACON & MAYO! Glad it was not someone with a compromised immune system who was served this almost RAW bacon!

I don’t know what to say. Looks like our tots spilled in the floor before they made it to my truck. I sat in line, at the front of the line, for 10 minutes. Got home to feed my family and this is what we got! Paid full price for a half eaten order of tots. Thanks guys! I didn’t see any adults in the store by the way. The girl that handed off my order whispered to the girl at the window with the bag in her hand for an extended period of time before letting me have it.

I just waited 25 mins in their drive thru, on a slow Sunday, for 6 mozzarella sticks and a chicken wrap. They didn’t apologize, or even know what they were handing me when they did. That store has no leadership. It’s just kids. And they are horrible. I would avoid this place. It’s filthy

I would highly recommend you teach your carhops how to give back proper change. Or give them a calculator if they cannot figure it out. There is no reason why I should have to recount my change just in case when going to a business. I will avoid this one and go to any other one where I know they know how to count back change.

Pulled in at 3:45 this afternoon. Hit the button and made an order and after about 15 minutes hit the button again to find out where it was and they said it’d be out real quick they were just backed up.
Another 15 minutes go by, 30 minutes total now, hit the button and they wanted to know what we ordered because they didn’t see anything for us. She checked and then said “oh we had you as a drive-thru order and thought you were a driveway”. Wanted to know if we wanted to reorder we just drove away. Went to the other Sonic on Hudson and in and out of there in like 5 minutes.

they got my order wrong 2 times and gave me an undercooked burger and made me sick and got my order wrong again i would not recommend eating here unless you want to get sick

C’mon Sonic. Tator tots were hot but so overcooked they were like chewing rocks. If I’m going to spend $4 on tots it would be great if they were edible.

I barley leave reviews but the treatment that I experienced was unpleasant.
I work fast food, you forget things, it happens. But forgetting 4 drinks when you aren’t busy then getting upset, giving dirty looks when finally bringing it out, and disappearing with a credit card for way too long? It doesn’t happen. Please improve, humans make mistakes but you can’t act like this when they are made. You learn and grow then move on WITHOUT acting disrespectful.
