I ordered Strawberry Milkshake and they give me vanilla. I confirm twice when I came to pick up because it was white in color and drive thru guy confirm it’s strawberry but it truly turned out to be vanilla. Total disappointment.

I did pick up from this McDonald’s and had an okay experience. The wait was a little longer than I expected especially considering that I only ordered a single cheeseburger, but they didn’t mess up my order or take too long. Ambiance inside is modern and nice, not too crowded either.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times and have had mixed experiences. The food is usually good, but the service can be hit or miss. I’ve had my order messed up on a few occasions, and the wait times can be long, especially during peak hours.
The one thing I really like about this McDonald’s is that it has a play place for kids. My kids love playing in the play place, and it gives me a chance to relax and enjoy my meal.

Today I went and I used the Wyrd. I asked for fries with no salt, a large Diet Coke and a big Mac we not ordered the big Mac. It was called wasn’t hot. I asked for another. I took a bite taste like they put mustard in it so they probably did it on purpose like I don’t understand Like this is crazy. I won’t be going there anymore and the one on 33. I have a problem with them. I’ve been into a burger and they have plastic look like from the cup from the coffee mug look like the tag from the coffee mug top was in it horrible they just getting worse dang unappreciated until they get shut down then everybody gonna be hollering about the job. I don’t have a job what you gotta do your job. You can’t give people that type of food cold food like that has to be hated well whatever make people sick Because you know what if somebody get food poisoning they gonna sue McDonald’s all because you guys don’t wanna do your job right this is crazy. Ordered and paid by mobile app. They tried to charge me again at pickup. Showed them the completed transaction and my McDonald’s confirmation code, still wouldn’t give me my food. Had to call McDonald’s customer support to get my order cancelled and a refund. Scammers.

This location consistently forgets items in my orders. I had to call customer service to get a refund on the missing item. I shouldn’t have to go back to the location to get the order corrected, especially in 20° weather.

Unfortunately when you are at the mercy of the drive thru there is little I could do besides try to fix it myself
Went thru drive thru ordered Happy Meal Quarter Pounder meal
We were asked to pull into slot 1 for the quarter pounder meal waited over 9 minutes went inside to inquire and apologized to than waited another 7 minutes until I explained I needed to get to work
They bagged several other drive thru items and just allowed me to stand there
Very unapologetic and offered nothing
They are busy enough they simply do not care
I’ll happily take my business elsewhere
