I chose the 3-piece combo, and they gave me one wing and two back pieces of chicken. The taste was bad, and the fork was useless. Other Popeyes restaurants aren’t well located, but they serve good portions and the food tastes good.

Where to start. Overpriced, but it is the mall. Sallty, overcooked chicken, undercooked fries and the absolute worst, no refills! I spent $23.00 for 2 combo chicken and you can’t refill a medium coke? Really? Never again. The employees where nice, so you have that.

I came to eat with my husband we wanted all the dark chicken and the guy who was at the cashier was nice but the manager doesn’t want to work, he literally just said he wouldn’t do it and forced us to take two pieces of spicy chicken, then they told us that there was no salad and instead of at least making the chicken as I asked I had to choose something different. Ordered an hour peviously on the app for pickup, went to the counter to pick it up, got the news thst they ran out of chicken. How the hell does a popeyes run out of chicken. This is just dissapointing for the establishment, and had to wait for an hour to hear about this. Terrible service.

I liked this popeyes. I’m glad I went here instead of somewhere else. First time EVER trying the popeyes chicken sandwich! It’s amazing but also tastes like it just has to be bad for you haha like buttery. It was really good though. The mashed potatoes were good too. Just saying… I’d eat here again haha

I recently was in the mood for some Popeyes chicken. There are very few around, so I went to the one in Boca. I was greeted by a friendly young man, Bridghy who assisted me with my order. I wasn’t really sure which combo I wanted so he patiently explained my options. Clearly he enjoys his job. When my order was ready to go, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Edgar who checked my order thoroughly, made sure everything was satisfactory and genuinely thanked me for choosing Popeyes. Look, please remember if you are dissatisfied with the flavor or prices – it’s a chain. They have to adhere to the corporate guidelines. Take it up with their corporate offices. This isn’t a five star restaurant. How about cutting our fast food workers a break? Ask yourself 2 questions, A) Would YOU want to do that all day long? B) Could you survive on such low wages?

Worst Popeyes I have ever visited. Manager and his employees have such an unpleasant, bothered attitude. Manager charged me $.59 for a TINY cup of water with ice and wanted to charge me for an additional sauce. Food was stale as if it was sitting out for hours. Terrible!
