The Grill Chicken Sando was absolutely delicious and the poblano pepper added the right amount of flavor. A must is the Corn on Cob Riblets. You can skip the Carnitas burrito, the fries in the burrito didn’t do it for me!

DELICIOUS! I ordered the Calle 6 burger. The beef was juicy, BBQ sauce was perfect, bacon was nice and crispy, and flavor was amazing. I had a glass of sangria which was perfect. Atmosphere was great, we went on a Tuesday evening so it was quiet. Customer service was great. Highly recommend this place!

This place has potential. My cousin and I went for lunch at 11:30AM on a Thursday. We were the only two diners there for about 45 min.
First, the service:
There’s lots of room for improvement. We ordered spicy buffalo wings and were served the whiskey barbecue wings instead. We asked for ranch dressing and had to wait a while for “homemade” ranch dressing that tasted like Hidden Valley when it came out. Aside from that, in my opinion, this place is small enough for the server to take orders at the table, especially when it’s slow; but you have to order inside at the bar and there’s no real indication anywhere that tells you where to go to order inside. We just kind of guessed it was at the back of the restaurant since there was no one up towards the front of the house. For the price, table service or at least attentive, friendly service are warranted. I just got the feeling we were an inconvenience to the server more than anything else.
Next, the food:
Delicious food, and the cook offered great service! He came out of the kitchen to check to see how our food was, asked if we needed a water refill, got us condiments, etc. The honey bbq wings were good, and the burgers were moist and savory. We ordered regular french fries and they were decent. The only qualm I have is that everything is a la carte, e.g., regular fries aren’t included with the meal. I can understand an upcharge for the loaded fries and the other “special” fries they offer. But regular fries included with the burger for a little higher price of the burger would be more palatable.
Lastly, the atmosphere:
It’s a really cool concept – a restaurant housed in an old firehouse. The interior design/aesthetic is modern, clean, and inviting, too. Sitting on the patio gives you a unique outdoor experience where you can observe the life on Sixth Street while you eat. It’s really quaint. The only downside is that the music played outdoors on the patio was too loud.
I’d go back again but only after giving this place a little more time to work out the kinks.

Great food and very professional and helpful staff always greeted with a smile and friendly attitude, I grew up just a block away from this building and still living here so I still remember when the fire station was in full glory. Love seeing it preserved and utilized for the future generations.

The menu was very limited. There’s a brunch menu with no hashbrown or pancakes. I ordered what I thought was the equivalent of a teriyaki burger but was very wrong. It had pineapple and cheese and that’s it. No lettuce or tomatoes or sauce of any kind. The place was small and had one bathroom for both men and women and I hope There’s a different bathroom for employees because there was no soap to wash your hands! Almost tipped twice because the tip was already included in my bill. I gave 3 stars because its fairly a new business and it takes awhile to get things right. You might want to rethink that menu fellows.

I recently went to firehouse at Coachella! I love the new place here on the main street of Coachella! I tried the spicy sandwiched chicken and I also tried the French toasts!
