I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the food quality was poor — it didn’t taste fresh and was not prepared properly. I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit was very disappointing. I hope management looks into improving both the service and food quality.

Monica and Sam have given me the best customer service I’ve ever received from a subway and most restaurants period. Monica remembered me from the last time I came a year ago which was great because we were able to have nice conversation as my food was being prepared. Sam also provided excellent customer service preparing my sandwich and actually listening to the details of my order which I appreciate so much. Whenever I travel up the i-5 North I always stop at THIS subway specifically because of their customer service.

Young girl that was making my sandwich seem to be having a bad morning. She put all my veggies in the middle of the foot long, didn’t even the meat to the end of the bread. So basically everything was in the middle of sandwich. If you don’t like your job, quit! If you had something bad happen at home, DON’T BRING IT TO WORK AND YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

The manager and young man have very poor customer service skills. Just because I paid with 6 gift cards he got upset. If he doesn’t like taking gift cards why work here or why sell them? He has no patience nor does his messanger. When my husband went to her to complain about him she said he was in the right! To my surprise…. That’s one good way to get a poor review and let everyone else know what to expect from these lazy employees. Customers are always right, if they have a job it’s because we pay. This is the last time I ever order at this subway.

Monica, Riley, and i think her name is tosha, work very well as a team. They got the long line cleared up quickly and efficiently. I have to respect the hustle of the attempted upsell. worst portions I’ve ever experienced in a subway. asked for olives was given like 5 for a foot long. asked for extra extra. was told they could only add a couple more per management. got some wraps last night both barely had vegetables present. just gonna stop wasting my money here.
