Paid extra for waffle fries and they came half empty and half cooked. The fries also had less salt than a grain of white rice. I’ve never been disappointed in Carl’s Jr, do better.

I come here fairly often. The problem im having is that the chicken when ordered at night is lumpy and has these gross bread bits on it when the chicken in the morning doesnt. Why cant they just keep it consistent. The staff were very nice. Cash was amazingly helpful.

I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in some time. I saw a commercial this morning and happened to drive by one and decided to stop. This is a joke. Previously frozen tomatoes, pre cooked patties, brown lettuce, burnt onions. The only part that was great was the Ice & coke.

I usually eat at Carl’s Jr.‘s a lot the food tasted like it had mould in it. The drink tasted like friggin toilet water. I’ve never had that bat of experience at Carl’s Jr. in my life.

We went in and ordered our food, and there was nobody in line, and that was nice considering it was the beginning of lunch. It was a young man that took our order. He was real nice, polite, extra helpful, but not to pushy. He got everything right on our order. The food was good. Not cold, and our fries were not salty because that is how we ordered them. We ate, cleaned up after ourselves then left. Times like this is where I would love to leave a tip for our cashier, and cook. The restaurant was clean in the dining area as well as the bathroom.

We like Carl’s Jr as a family and we had never been to this one but only stopped by because it was on the way to our destination. Everything here was actually really good. The staff was extremely friendly. They were happy to bring out my food even though I was outside of the building waiting for it as I had walked in and let them know I had a mobile order but saw I was with my toddler so they didn’t want me to have to come back in. The food was delicious and extremely hot which was a good thing as we don’t want cold or warm food. I was satisfied with my experience here and if I was in the area and really craving caused Junior this would be the one I would come to

This Carl’s Jr. location went above and beyond. When my kid dropped a couple of his chicken stars on the floor, they replaced them with a whole new kids meal at no charge. The service was friendly, fast and accurate, and the store was nice and clean. And of course for food they’re one of the better fast food options.

2 days later, same order and time. Got a grilled chicken sandwich instead of the 11 I ordered(breaded swiss) and 6 chicken nuggets instead of poppers ordered. No receipt offered or given again.

I go to this Carl’s Jr because it’s a convenient location close to my home. However, I consistently have issues with them getting my orders correct often missing one or more items that I ordered and paid for.
Their website that advertises the BYOB meal states that you can substitute items with an upcharge of course, but when I requested a substitution I was told by this particular location that they don’t do that. In addition not only will we not allowed to substitute an item that we wanted but they omitted the chicken stars that just come with that meal. It’s the simplest of orders, the chicken stars come with the meal automatically and it’s not rocket science.
While the food is at least decent I gave them two stars for service because the lady at the window was very nice and wasn’t the one that bagged my food.
