Great place, lots of calories though. I can never finish my item in one setting. It’s fresh food items and amazing to watch tge employees roll so many ingredients into a burrito shell.

First Chipotle experience since moving to Lansing. Excellent staff. Don’t be a Karen if they ran out of regular sized cups or are missing a container size. Get real people.

Wow I wish I would have got the name of the nice young lady working the drive thru today, she know who she is!! When I grabbed my drink I grabbed the top so hard the lid came off & pop spilled on my arm, she was really sweet about it, got me napkins & everything. Thank you girl. Food was also great by the way, love how the carne asada had cilantro in it. Yummy!

Just review is for the store. The app is horrible. I ordered in Grand rapids and use the app. When I confirm my order it turned out that it was in Lansing an hour away. I called the Lansing store but you can’t get to a person. It’s an automated system. AI is not working out for customer service like this. When I explained this to the staff in Lansing, they had my order ready for over an hour. I asked them to make it fresh for me and they did. Great customer service! Also, the food was excellent. also.

I come to this Chipotle regularly, usually after a workout or when I’m running errands and need something fast, filling, and consistent. Over the last couple of years, I’ve seen a mix of familiar faces and new employees, and my experience has been steady every time. My expectations are simple: not perfection, just people doing their jobs with effort and respect. That’s exactly what I get here.

What stands out to me is the humanity of this location. I see employees working hard, joking with each other, navigating stressful moments, handling difficult customers, and still making sure orders are done right and portions are fair. They’re generous with food, attentive, and genuinely trying, which matters more than robotic “perfect” service.

I’ve read through a lot of the negative reviews, and honestly, most of them seem rooted in one-off frustrations. A single bad day isn’t a full picture. If you come here as frequently as I do, you’ll notice that the team consistently shows up and does their best within the reality of food service.

Today was a perfect example. There was a line because one employee was holding down the entire in-store line while others were working nonstop on online orders that have strict, time-sensitive quotas. Another employee was in the back cooking fresh food as fast as possible to keep the line stocked. Some staff were on break, which, last I checked, is something every working person in America is entitled to.

Despite this, one customer in line chose to be loud, rude, and disrespectful to the cashier and other employees, even though everyone else was patient and understanding. Watching staff remain calm and professional in that situation said a lot. Service workers don’t deserve to be treated poorly because someone doesn’t understand how operations work.

I’ve worked in customer service, food, and finance, and I have a background in management. I know what reasonable expectations look like, and this team meets them. The low star rating on Google doesn’t reflect the reality of this location or the people working in it.

If you want quick, solid food from a team that actually cares and tries, even on busy, understaffed days, this Chipotle is worth your time.

I normally order online so I have lunch on my break. They always forget something, typically the vinaigrette. I hope they train employees to read the tickets so they can accurately put the order together. They also need to quality check before my order goes out the door. If an ingredient is out of stock, let someone know or take it off the menu until it’s in stock instead of sending the order out while missing important parts. It’s sad that this chipotle doesnt respect the online orders. Do better. I don’t like paying full price and not getting the same service or ingredients as I would in store. Again, do better.

Update 10/17: They still suck and will only put half of the ordered ingredients in the bowl/burrito. Whoever the manager or owner is should be ashamed for running an establishment like this. I’m really appalled at how horrible the employees are at their jobs.

First time in the restaurant exactly at open , crushed chips under the tables , from previous days an under the pop machine is filed with napkins , straws and the inside of a whole bowl swept under there !

The food is always great but let’s keep the restaurant to good standard .

If I could give a zero for service, I would I literally stood up by the counter for 45 seconds while everybody is playing with each other’s hair by the grill, not greeting customers. I’m literally the first customer in line and there’s two behind me and nobody even said a word there’s like three people That was not doing anything and one person was in drive-through taking care of business but I mean like 45 seconds without saying welcome to Chipotle or anything!! Y’all gotta do better This is ridiculous. I work in a medical office and there is no way that a patient could’ve walked into my office without me saying something to them like are you kidding me right now?

My first time ever writing a review. The food was delicious , I really enjoyed it. But the service was horrendous. The person working (short haired women) took my order and was very dismissive of my choices, kept making comments and had a terrible attitude, not friendly in the slightest. I usually go to this chipotle for large catering orders for my company, but after the service today, I will definitely be moving on and will be getting food for our events down the road at the qdoba.

There’s never a clean table in this place. Lot of empty tables, none of them clean. I don’t know what the schedule for cleaning the dining area is supposed to be, or who’s supposed to be enforcing it. But it’s always like this. I end up taking the food to my car to eat.
