I visited this location at 4 pm on a Friday, it was full of locals. They were nosy and aggressive towards the very nicer server. I observed this chronic inappropriate behavior towards the server go on for 30 minutes. I departed because of this behavior and will never come back here again because of this. I hope management becomes aware of this issues addresses.
This was extremely disappointing because the service was fast and high quality and the server was kind. The bar/restaurant is clean with a nice open concept, lots of stool tops, and a large area with low tables and cushy chairs. The salad I had tasted great and came out fast.
Overall I prefer to not give this a recommendation at this time. I hope the owner sees this review and address the bad attitude of the regulars towards the staff and non regulars that creates a non welcoming atmosphere.

Our waitress was really sweet! Of course I had to try the spaghetti and meat sauce. It was pretty good! Definitely going to go back. My friends enjoyed their meals, too!

We all got the Red Snapper special. Two of us got it gluten-free & for some reason our fish was dry. The others were happy with the regular version. It was great to have the delicious gluten-free garlic bread option. The Lemon Basil Salad dressing is outstanding!! Bought a jar to take home with us. Daisy, our server was wonderful, as were all the staff who took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. Pomodoro’s (this location) is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere is nice & quiet and the staff make sure you have a great experience!

My favorite restaurant in all of Houston… I cannot praise this place enough. After living in Boston for over 25 years, I have enjoyed great Italian food and hospitality. This place is the best Italian I have had in Texas, the past 18 years living here. The staff are well trained, polite, professional etc etc etc. The food is excellent, and more than worth it!! I highly recommend this place for dinner. The service is nice. The food comes out really quickly and tastes really good. I recommend the snapper. The sauce is really great and the pastas are cooked perfectly. Don’t forget the dessert. The cheesecake is amazing. this place has a great vibe, but it’s not too fancy. I think the price point for meals is accurate.

Highly recommended!!! Honestly I’ve been coming here for years. The food quality has always been top notch and it’s been an absolute pleasure very time. If you’re looking for a hidden gem. Then you should definitely stop by it’s also a family friendly environment and they even have live music. A few years ago they add a bar area as well.

Both the main Dining area and Lounge are well appointed and comfortable. Service is as it should be. Food enjoys a nice fusion of Italian with the Texas Ethos – priceless (and darn good).

Awful service, after being seated we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and to acknowledge us at least!!!! Multiple employees were walking past we noticed quite a few were standing around as well and one of them with the black hair even made eye contact with my husband, so they knew we were there. We spoke up and asked the person handing out the bread whom their manager was. The manager came over (she was the one that seated us) and we explained how we had not been attended since she sat us down and we told her others were being served, seated, and acknowledge around us.
all she said was “sorry”.
We left and took our business elsewhere, very unfortunate that they have such poor service and management.
