It was quick! Ran in to get a ice cream cone, that had it done in seconds. I then walked out the door, looked at all the people in the drive thru and waved my cone at them saying I got an ice cream cone and you dont. Nana Nana na naaaaa! This place is great

Well we went though drive through and when I oreded she got it wrong when I ordered 2 cones. When we got to the window we had to pay for the 2nd one and we waited for a while for the ice cream to get done. We also ordered a #2meal and it was forgotten to hand it out the window to me and yes I did dri e away and came back around to the front to go in and get it they gave it to the next car. So they now had to remake it but they only replaced the sandwich when I paid for the meal and also had the 2 cones melt in the car waiting for it to get done twice.

Ordered 2-4 piece chicken strip meals, only received one. Gave us both sauces for each meal, and put them both in the one meal, only was charged for one meal. Customer service is a joke now, they never get orders right. Look at how they butter the toast now, makes me sick how much they get paid for the poor food product and ever worse customer service now.

TOO MUCH SAUCE!!! Burgers and Blizzards are good and what you expect; HOWEVER, they use way too much sauce in the sandwiches. I asked for lite sauce and there was so much sauce it was leaking into the container, woulda caused serious issues if I was tryna eat and drive; which is the main reason to go there, other than that it’s good!! The photo posted is what you get when you order “Lite Sauce”

I go to here and the north Minot DQ location once or twice a month or so. And Minots blizzards are consistently so much better. This location has yet to make a blizzard that’s mixed to the bottom and not dripping melting the instant I get it within the last year..

Most Dairy Queens seem to run using the system, mainly kids doing a half butt job in service, loudly talking about inappropriate subjects, with no real supervision from management. I really enjoy their burgers IF AND WHEN they get the order AS ORDERED.

Staff is friendly but you can clearly see that they are running wild and very busy so I empathize with the staff for their struggles and appreciate their hard work! Only thing that I have had issues with is every time when we do pick up orders, it seems that there isn’t enough room for them to be processing all the online and door dash orders that sometimes they place the food in the back and we can’t see if our order is there and it sits and gets cold in the back, and the staff is so busy that we can’t get a word in to ask them about it. Sometimes we wait over an hour. From now on we will be using the drive through in hopes that we don’t run into these issues.
