HORRIBLE service…HORRIBLE food. Server never checked on us, we sat in the back, had to walk up front with our glasses to get a refill. Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, barely had any on it plus the pizza looked the size of a medium, I’m being charged for both. If it weren’t for my son being hungry I’d left. I ordered a large cheese breadsticks to go and I was given two little packs of red peppers, I asked for another one and was told no unless they charge me. If Hometown Pizza is that bad off with their revenues where they have to nickel and dime customers over a pack of red peppers then they should just close the doors. The server, she didn’t even deserve 2% for a tip much less the 20% I gave her, and I was debating on tipping her at all, HORRIBLE service…My family and I will NEVER go back…

The young lady that first took my order was awesome. They were not too busy but when I returned to pick up my orders the other chick was short, with a snappy attitude but she did make sure my order was correct. I decided to eat in with my friend but was never asked if I needed anything and not one time looked at by the staff. All good overall and they gave me a free drink while I waited

Typically this experience is fantastic but not tonight. The tall, skinny glasses wearing “manager” thought it was appropriate to drop F-bombs in front of customers which included children. When confronted by a real man; this beta male tried to justify his behavior and language. Then when our order was messed up; didn’t have the stones to come to our table and apologize. Hiding in the kitchen is NOT what real managers or men do…..grow up or find another line of work. Do better Hometown, hire better.

First time trying this pizza place. I would rank it up there with some of the best. The sauce was good but the light, fluffy crust was the best part about it. Definitely will be back to try more.

We ordered six personal pizzas, each with different items and a large cheese bread. Everyone was satisfied with their personal pizzas. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. They gave a good amount of toppings and the pizza was extra tasty. The cheese bread was also very good. Highly recommended!

If you’re delivering on the side to make extra money, do not accept orders from here. You will sit for 30 minutes. The 16 year olds at the counter don’t know how to work the system, so I’ve not even gotten paid twice.

Had 5pm vet appt nearby so decided to order take out afterwards. Bunch of young teens who didn’t seem 2 know what doing and more interested in socializing. First they handed me just the 2 individual pizzas. Had to ask what about the rest of my order, the salad and deluxe bread. Wasn’t ready so gave the pizzas back. Salad finished, said bread would be done shortly. When bread done a girl just yelled out “deluxe bread” So then I had the bread and none of rest of order. Reached over myself and started picking up the rest of my order off of the rack. Order was never placed together in a bag, lucky didn’t drop on way to car. Got home to find deluxe bread didn’t have any of the sauce, and half of house salad greens were black and wilted. Have pic. Pizza was great.
