It was our first time at Kpot and it was a bit confusing and overwhelming at first with all the sauces and side dishes. I wish there was some descriptions of the sauces and sides so I could know what each was. The atmosphere was very loud and I went on a Sunday and it was $35.99 for the BBQ and hot pot. Our server was very friendly and good but didnt describe things well. The meat was excellent and the soup was just ok. Will definitely be back. Its very pricey for just lunch on a Sunday!!!

This was my first experience experience here and I did not know what to expect. I was taken to a table along with my daughter who is 10 years old we were given One picture menu. When the waiter returned to the table, I told him I did not know what to do. I had never been before. He said you just pick noodle and toppings and broth. So I did just that I picked a broth. I picked my noodle and I picked a few toppings. He looks at my daughter and asked her what she would like. She points to the broth and he walks away. That is exactly what she got a bowl of broth I had to flag him back over and asked to get her some noodles. At no time did the waiter tell us we were going to be charged for the grill whether we ordered anything or not so we simply ordered two bowls of soup, let me clarify that ,two bowls of Ramen noodles and we each got a Boba tea imagine my surprise when I got hit with a $90 bill Apparently you are charged one set price plus an additional $5.50 per person for your pot of soup whether you eat it or don’t Because I was not explained how the pricing works, I paid $40 per bowl of Ramen noodles. They were good, but they were not $90 good. I’m very disappointed that wasn’t explained to us. other things I’d like to point out ; my toppings were brought to me on a cart and slapped on my table as the person continued, rolling the cart past without ever slowing down, this cart was the same cart being used by the bus boys so that grossed me out. seating is very uncomfortable as you have a box built in under the table and you cannot stretch your feet. You almost have to sit sideways in the booth in order for your legs not to be cramped. I hope this review will help somebody else in the future at least know what to expect and do so you’re not charged a ridiculous amount of money for a dollar pack of Ramen noodles. And yes, your noodles come to you just like they would from a package other than they’re in a circular shape as opposed to the square, and you put them in your bowl of broth and I had to stir them around for about 10 minutes until they softened and cooked.

Great place for a date or a celebration! Booths are accommodating for different sizes. Don’t forget to try the sauces from the sauce bar if you try the kbbq. Lots of options to select with good variety. I really like the to-go cups the boba came in since they’re reusable. Comes in handy for my morning coffee! Pretty pricey but it was very worth it in my opinion. Attentive service and beautiful interior, all in all an amazing experience.

What an experience. Friendly knowledgeable, staff, pleasant atmosphere from the time that we got there at 12 PM on a Sunday we were greeted and escorted to a table within seconds, the waitress explain, explained how things worked clearly and precisely. Proteins included lamb, chicken, beef, pork, and a variety of seafood and abundant vegetable option tons of different types of mushrooms and sauces for four people with the drinks. The bill was a merely 140.00 that’s $35 per person comparing this to other restaurants with the amount of food that we had to choose from this was a very inexpensive meal. Taste, Smells, Texture of the food, the server and service was amazing. Our server was Monica. she was very pleasant to work with. If you get there on a weekend please do ask for her. She made the experience very worthwhile.

Went to KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience from start to finish.

From the hostess to the bartender to the servers, everyone was friendly, respectful, and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was smooth, and the staff made the night feel special.

They surprised us by bringing out cake and singing for the birthday guest, which was genuinely appreciated and added a great touch to the celebration.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the staff. The way they represent this establishment speaks volumes. For the uninformed, showing respect does not make you less of a person. Neither does kindness.

I appreciate the team and the effort they put in. Based on this visit, KPOT is absolutely worthy of repeat service.

Highly recommended.

Fun experience. Went with a group of 5 and took a bit to get a table but it was a Saturday night so that’s to be expected. Parking was non existent on this night and had to park at the coffee place next door but probably wouldn’t be a problem on a nonweekend type visit. Staff was nice although the time between table checks was long. You cook your own food after they prep it for you. Desserts were good too. They have some premade sides that were yummy. Would like to see some premade sauces instead of having to make your own but I suppose that’s part of the experience. They also have a bar you can sit at while you wait for your table. Would recommend for a small party/family or couple’s night out. Looking forward to coming back with the wife for a date night soon!

In their defense, their iPad were down so it was an insane Saturday rush for them.

To sum it up, we paid for an experience. Raw food, from an overwhelming selection, without instructions to a very large group of people. It was madness at our table and 1 of 11 had actually been before.

The food was lackluster – some had flavor while others just lacked anything except texture.

The service was horrible but, again, their iPad were down which made all orders take much longer so our server, im 2 hours, only made it to our table 2-3 times total. There wasnt an opportunity to order more things to try so we were stuck with our initial order and the only drink we initially received. We had multiple buffet visits throughout the group when we ran out of food.

Atmosphere was cool.

In the end, management apologized so kudos for customer service. We got coupons for our next visit and I think all of us would try them again in smaller groups and on a night they dont have issues maintaining quality service.

Good experience food was very flavorful, variety was very good as well only disapointment was the server spending too much time playing with cellphone as our drinks melted on the Bar, we had to let her know then afterwards she became attentive.
