Place was busy. Alot of take out orders. Big menu. My family got all different items and we all loved them. Large portions. Extra sauces on the side were interesting. Like Japanese mayo maybe. Not sure what more you could ask for.

Gave this place a second (and ultimately last) chance after having one great meal and then one horrible experience at this restaurant (food was delivered with metal bristle pieces sprinkled throughout the hibachi filet dinner). Hibachi Filet Mignon Dinner was incredibly bland and the restaurant didn’t read my request for no rice. Miso soup was waaaay over salted and the side of Hibachi jumbo shrimp was underwhelming – unsure difference between the regular shrimp and jumbo, size wise, but was expecting larger prawns, given the price difference.
Overall, the meal was ‘meh’ all around and will go and order from Sake in Mebane moving forward.

I got their lunch bento box and it was incredible. I picked the hibachi steak, crunchy roll and miso soup (also came with crab rangoons and rice) and it was all so good. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. The staff is so nice and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was not great. Spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls were bland. Filet hibachi asked for medium rare was barely cooked. Question if it was even filet as what could be eaten was very chewy and fatty. Sadly, I would not recommend.

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I can’t remember one time that we ever had a bad experience. The food is absolutely delicious every single time , and it’s always consistent. They have the best sushi and hibachi in Alamance county! Everything is always fresh.

We chose this place over Red Bowl, and we are so glad we did. If I’m being 100% honest, I didn’t have the highest of expectations for this place. It’s a takeout place in a shopping center, but boy was I wrong. You walk in and it might get a bit noisy at times, but it was decently quiet when we went. I am trying to wean off of soda so I went with there Tea menu and tried the Thai Milk Tea and it was amazing! One of the best I’ve EVER had – i next ordered the Hibachi Chicken with Rice, (and rice instead of vegetables), Miso Soup, & House Salad with a ginger dressing. The soup and salad portions may seem small at first, but oh man, they are making sure you have enough room for the insane size order of Chicken and rice you get. The rice was very tasty, and the chicken was amazing, it was not dry, very moist, flavourful , and if you add the white sauce they provide it just goes together amazingly. My girlfriend got just 2 side orders and a soda, and all of our food came out to just around 30$ which is pretty decent for 2 people to eat at a quality takeout restaurant. We had Sarah as our waitress too, she seemed slightly exhausted, but she was amazing and she really seemed to like working so, that made the experience better of course. My girlfriend and I are definitely going to be Coming back! 1000/10

The restaurant has a rather small dining area. But it’s still spacious enough for dining without being close to others. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. And my temperature was checked for dining in. I had a short wait as they cleaned and sanitized the booth and table.
I have eaten at this restaurant twice in 3 weeks and both times it was great. The food is delicious and my waiter was very friendly. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and hibachi steak and shrimp with hibachi soup. My steak was cooked to the temperature I requested. The soup was really tasteful. The sweet tea has just the right amount of sweetness.
*A little tip * If you order the chicken lettuce wraps ask for the sweet chili sauce to pour inside the wrap, it’s delicious!!

Harusaki is such a great spot for Japanese food! Everything tastes super fresh, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The chicken hibachi is my top recommendation—it’s cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and comes out hot and satisfying. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a delicious and reliable Japanese restaurant in the area, Harusaki is definitely worth visiting! I will definitely come back for more food!
