Came by after Midnight, I was hungry and willing to gamble my $20 for somethig to eat on the way home.
Glad I came to this location, they got me fresh hot fries, and delicious crunchy whoppers in 7 minutes from ordering.

I wanted to take the time to commend Devin Taylor, who is the manager of this location. Whether I dine in or go through the drive-thru, I always get good service. He and his employees always greet me with a smile and make sure my experience is a great one! I also contacted corporate to let them know. I know that one’s experience is always subjective and doesn’t always represent what others may encounter. I am grateful for the people who work at this location in Mableton.

No, no , no , no and NO. Stay away from this location. The service TERRIBLE… the food OLD! Why when I get an 8 piece chicken fingers I receive one sauce, with the option of paying for additional? Avoid this place plenty of other options around! I give this location another 6 months before it closes!!

Literally THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My husband and I ubered a simple order (a whopper, and impossible whopper, and a large fry) from this location. Our request was fulfilled quickly, our delivery driver was kind, our order was wrong. I work in food service, I understand mistakes. But every single item?? We never got “the whopper”, we received a sandwich wrapped in an Impossible Whopper wrapper, and two small fries. I don’t eat meat, so believe my surprise when we’ve spent over $30 on Burger King due to convenience from having a long work day, when I bite into my “impossible” and it’s very possible!! It’s a beef patty- wrapped in an impossible wrapper!! Like genuinely are you guys even paying attention? To anything? To the packaging you’re using? To the receipt? Now Uber has refunded me a whole $6.22, we barely have half a meal, and I’m left with lukewarm, unsalted fries. Super embarrassing to be y’all

They wanna say I can’t come thru the drive thru 2 times with a separate code. I most definitely can. Customer service the worst wanna just tell me I’m wrong and I can’t I can’t I can’t so what’s the point of the app. Customer is always right. It’s not a big deal to let someone use there rewards how they want. I hate this Burger King never good service. Then they want to make me wait a while 15 minutes for one little chicken jr. whomever in charge at the time 9pm is doing a poor job.

I just witness a tall man who looks is the manager, treating the youngest girl at the front, very rude. Bad treatment at work place is an out of date thing. Service took too long to prepare 2 sandwiches. I didn’t see anybody wearing gloves and made contact with fries.. my rating is going down. Sorry. I would say store looks clean and organized but in general, BK is not the same lime before and doesn’t seem to improve.

Dining room was closed at 7:45 pm when it’s suppose to close at 9pm. After waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru to place my order the food was HORRIBLE! Crispy chicken sandwich looked like it’s been sitting all day long. $3 double cheeseburger looked like a kids meal burger and the chocolate chip cookies tasted like they were made on Halloween and today is November 12,2022. Just pretty much gave away $14.50 and didn’t get a receipt. I hope corporate sees this so they can PAY their employees MORE MONEY so they can care about their job and the service they give!!!

This location is pretty consistently bad. The wait time and the food. The best thing about my whopper meal/ fries was the frozen coke I ordered. I’m not coming for food anymore. Fries had weird after taste like old grease. Burger was also cold Had to go back inside for straws and kids meal toy.

Very very slow…. I guess they’re always short staffed…… an order ai placed online takes 15-20 mins to even just pick it up from drive through.

This is by far the worse Burger King ever I come this morning and they pull me around to the door and I only had a bacon and cheese croissant and a juice took 20 mins I come back during lunch because my son was hungry I got a nugget and fry and it’s taking over 30 mins and still no food I go inside only for them to tell me they gave out the wrong order this place needs to be shut down or get all new employees and damn near management . I just cancelled order and will never return this can’t be fast food taking 30 plus minutes this ridiculous!!!
