On January 12 2026 we went through drive thru and Antonio answer the speaker, and when I say he was the most cheerful and nicest person there was he was it, as a restaurant worker and drive thru person I’m not even that nice. He was so kind and respectful. Fast service and as we got to the window he greeted us with a smile and was telling his employees what a good job they was doing! Definitely will be back! Keep up the good work!

I have to say, I have the best experience coming to this restaurant. The customer service was awesome. It was one person that stood out the most. I think his name was Antonio. He had the best customer service of all he helped us. He greeted us like we was at home. I will always go back there. He has the best attitude.And the experience was so awesome

2 different times now I’ve tried to order food from here, breakfast to be exact. And they tell me they are out of bacon, I ask for sausage, and they say they are out of sausage as well. Starting to think first shift just doesn’t want to work at all….

If I could leave a negative review , I would! We made a mobile order on a Sunday evening and after 15-20 minutes went to pick it up. We pulled up to the ordering machine and were told they were only accepting mobile orders. We watched several cars pull up and drive away since they had not sent their mobile order. The lady then tells us to pull around to the front. There are no other customers in the restaurant or waiting on their food( cause they didn’t send a mobile order!). After waiting 20+ minutes, they came out and asked what our order was for?? Hello, we are the only people waiting! The lady that told us to drive around had sat down in the restaurant and proceeded to eat. At least 3 other employees were visible inside and still waited on a MOBILE order that was placed way before. When we finally got the food, it was cold, soggy and did not have sour cream on any of the items! Get it together, Taco Bell!!

Worst taco bell ever! Second time in a couple months ive tried going and of course disappointed again. Tried calling to let the manager know but they dont answer their phone. I just wanted to let them know so it doesn’t keep happening to other people. Not looking for a free meal or gift card. I will NOT EVER go back to this location! I spend a lottt of money at taco bell, A LOT. But I go to the Monroe location because its always great! The people working here in Madison are careless and inconsiderate. So, I ordered a $10 chicken quesidilla combo and requested it to be grilled extra (helps the cheese actually melt). It was indeed NOT grilled extra and also had ZERO creamy jalapeño sauce. So I was basically served cold shredded cheese and chicken with no sauce on a half cooked tortilla. Asked for the taco to be supreme, paid an extra .70 cents and they forgot the tomato. It was just soggy wet cheese, gross lettuce and lukewarm meat. My son had a Mexican pizza, he said it was fine. Also had to wait over 10 minutes for my food and got no apology on the wait. Customer service is dead!!! I will be telling everyone not to go here. This place needs to be shut down. Save yourself the disappointment and your money.

I travel for work and eat out ALOT. Let me just start by saying I’m aware it’s a fast food restaurant but simple respect to customers and cleanliness of a restaurant isint hard. This is by far one of the NASTIEST and horribly maintained Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been 2, 2 of the kiosks did not work, they were out of almost everything, tried arguing with my crew about us supposedly “spelling our names wrong” on the kiosk because she couldn’t figure out how to pronounce them and refused to give us our food at first assuming we were lying about our names and trying to steal it. The tables and floors were disgusting and it took over an hour to get a regular size nacho fry, they had no ice and very limited drink options. Seen multiple customers go up to the counter with burnt food. The workers also continuously asked the same customers what their order was over and over. All around just an absolutely horrible experience.

I was told when I drove up that they were out of lettuce and rice. I reluctantly ordered the cantina chicken bowl knowing that those 2 ingredients were staple items of my meal. I am gluten free so there are only a few options I can order. When I drove up to pay I asked if they could add more beans since they were out of rice. The girl said no because the bowl was already made. I then said “so you’re going to charge me the same price for half of the normal ingredients and not offer a substitution for the missing ingredients?” She shut the window while I was still talking. Then a guy came to the window (I assume he was the manager but he didn’t identify himself). He asked me what the problem was. I asked again if I could get more beans since they were out of rice. He said no he wouldn’t add anything else and that he had given me 3 scoops of chicken instead of 2 so I already got an extra ingredient. (I hadn’t asked for extra chicken and it was already stated on the menu that the cantina bowl was coming with 3 scoops so thanks for nothing). He then walked off. I paid for my food even though I should have said “keep your food” and driven off. Then when I pulled my food out of the bag, the lid wasn’t on all the way and my food was spilling out. The chicken was mushy and the container was half full.

Walked in at 7:30pm, no other cars in the parking lot. I’m familiar with the kiosks, so after ordering it did take just a few more minutes to get my our cups. Compared to some other Taco Bells I’ve been at recently…I’m HAPPY they had TEA!!
Got the food pretty quickly after the cups.
While eating…8pm rolls around and they locked the doors. We continue to eat and talk. Just had to ask to get out the door.

The floors are greasy. And every single time I go to this taco bell they mess up my order and forget things. I’d far rather drive to a different county than try here again. Ive come here four times in the past year and sincerely they have botched my order every single time.
