I ordered online. Paid online. Got there, no cookies. No cold cut meats. Manager isn’t there til tomorrow. Have to wait to get a refund. Why have an app or online orders if you’re not going to have the stuff. Corporate franchise sucks.

Went to Subway tonight in Lawson, out of every single bread as of 8pm minus flat bread and wraps. Yet remained open. Stated bread took 2.5 hours to make.
Somhow expected me to believe that this couldn’t have been foreseen… One star is too good for this. Complete fail manager should be fired.
