All time favorite dessert place in the area. Seasonal Chocolate cake concrete was yummy. Loved it as always.

I’m not sure what the difference is between custard and ice cream but it seems very similar. Very sugary, I think I was hoping for an actual bowl of custard. It seems to be a favorite for everyone though and it always seems busy.

Well, I guess there is a first for everything. My first disappointment. Didn’t think it could happen but it did. A packed night! Spent $20 for 3 items; ran out of waffles before 9p and only a dollop of hot fudge. I asked for more fudge and was told there would an up charge! Really??? The line was so long I wouldn’t dare stand around with melted ice cream to Pay More to get more. It wasn’t even a tablespoon of hot fudge… maybe a single teaspoon. At first I thought maybe it’s on the bottom. But the bottom was cold and sure enough, Nope! Very disappointed. Ugh!!!

And I didn’t even mention the root beer float. Ugh flat soda with a dollop of custard. Just don’t! We should have just gone to pick up a container of blue bell. Every time before tonight, service has always been great and the toppings of perfect proportions. Hesitate to give this another chance!

I usually love Andy’s Frozen Custard, but I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this location. Every time I visit, the staff is rude—sighing, rolling their eyes, or acting annoyed for no reason. It’s not just a one-time thing; it happens every visit. It makes me feel really unappreciated as a customer, which is disappointing because the custard itself is great. I hope the management addresses this so the customer experience can improve.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Andy’s branch recently. I asked for extra hot fudge because the amount seemed less than what I usually get, and the person handling my order responded in a pretty rude way. He said, “That’s how we do it, and if you don’t like it, go to the other place you said gives you more fudge.”

I get that not every request can be met, but there’s a way to say no respectfully, this wasn’t it. The attitude was totally unnecessary and left a bad taste, which is unfortunate because the fudge itself actually tasted good.

Customer service really matters, and this experience just didn’t live up to what I expect from a place I’ve enjoyed before.

First time trying custard & just wow, it’s SO smooth and creamy. I decided on the Rico Suave without the fudge center and it’s was delicious! A small is a pretty decent size and they are very generous with the toppings! About $7 bucks which isn’t too bad. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations as this was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their other creations.

We were passing through Coppell, we saw it on the road and were curious about the crown gathering in front of the store late at night so we decided to give it a chance. We werent disappointed. Though it took quite a while for us to get our order done since they forgot it @@

We love their concretes!! I wish they sold the birthday cake in the concrete but they don’t so we customize with vanilla ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, cheesecake bites and marshmallows. That’s as close as we can get it.

Stopped by Andy’s Frozen Custard in Coppell and loved it! We hit the drive-through and grabbed two sundaes: Pecan Turtle and Key Lime Pie and both were delicious. You can order from your car or walk up to the window, and there’s plenty of seating if you want to stay. Always busy, which just proves this spot is a local favorite!

Sorry for the one star but this needs your attention. Our family comes here at least twice a week and love your custard – when it’s right. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case the last several visits and everyone is asking me to write a review.

#1 The concretes are soupy when served. This used to happened every now and then but has been the case the last four visits. Something is wrong with your machines or ingredients. Please, please fix it!
#2 In the past, when ordering a concrete, the “regular” amount of add-ins was pretty skimpy so my family started ordering “double” add-ins and I’d pay the extra.
Now – the “double” add-in serving has been reduced about 50%. This is an obvious change and your product is suffering.
Why write this? Because we love coming to Andy’s. But if your product is no longer special/quality and worth the $$, that makes it tough.
Protect your brand. Please.
