Specifically asked for the slices/sticks pizza not to be over baked leaving the cheese hard and brown…got home opened pizza…guess what …made a call and will be returning to lil Ceasars to speak to management…this is the 3rd time this has happened…Johnstown lil Ceasars does not do this .maybe some traiining is due???

Decided to give this place another try after not going here for over five months due to the last two pepperoni pizzas I bought being dried out and inedible and the manager complaining about the customer before me, after they left, telling me they did not tip enough.
This last visit, they were out of everything at 1:30 pm and had to make my order fresh, which is not an issue at all and would rectify the previous issues I had. They gave me a beeper and sent me to my car. Well, they ended up forgetting about my order and I waited over 20 minutes for my pizza and crazy bread. I didn’t even get an apology and the gentleman who took my order acted like it was somehow my fault, that I ”should have reminded them sooner” . I should have made a scene but in the end that gets you nowhere. I’ll just no longer part with my money at your store.
I am over this location, the constant poor customer service, and horrendous food quality. This is honestly, hands down the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever stepped into. If you’re craving Little Caesars I would go to the one in Johnstown.

They have a great pie fast and hot. I normally order ahead and get more of a custom made pie. The sauce is great as is the sausage
The staff are polite and very helpful. Thankfully they don’t have sweet sauce!

Returning from Greenville, South Carolina to my hometown, Somerset for a visit, I chose to try Little Caesars. I find Little Caesars in SC one of the best pizzas for a very reasonable price, if made correctly. I must say that my pizza tonight was exceptionally good!! My favorite way to order a Little Caesars pizza is thin crust pepperoni, with extra sauce and cheese. The service also receives 5 stars!!

Called in an order for 2 large cheese pizza’s. Told 10 minutes and it was ready, also picked up bread sticks. First time we have had Little Ceasars pizza in a really long time. The pizza was hot, and delicious. Will definitely order from them again.

I had the best experience and pizza with Little Caesars today .they done me a huge favor. Because I had my two grandchildren in the car. a toddler and a 7-month-old. They brought the pizza to my car.. . Christy went way above and beyond. Looking forward to eating there again…❤️

Since when does it take an hour to get a pizza here? I sat in the parking lot waiting for my pizza when I had done my order online prior to stopping to get the pizza. I was grocery shopping and had cold food that I was afraid would melt. The manager was very rude as well. My daughter was hungry and I had to get her a snack just to wait for the food to get done! Unacceptable!
