This place was the BEST! There’s a reason it’s so highly rated, the crust is incredible! I ate every bit of the 8inch and my stomach didn’t even hurt after. I hadn’t even left & I was ready to go back again. My 6yr old that doesn’t eat crust, actually ate the crust here (a first!). It’s amazing how many times I’ve been where it was and hadn’t even noticed it there. The worker was so helpful as well, we had great service! We will certainly be back!

Update: Went back again today and took them up their offer, I tried dessert & coffee as well! DELICIOUS! Seriously so good!

Hand’s down, the best pizza place in Blo-No. We tried their signature Pinsa, their pasta and their bruschetta. The pasta was okay, but the bruschetta was really good and the Pinsa was so amazing! The dough was the best part and the ratio of toppings and sauce was perfect! ❤️

We visited from out of town, and we were BLOWN away. The crust on our pizza was light, fluffy, but still crisp! Fresh toppings and exceptionally friendly staff. And to finish it all off, Chris served us a fresh Tirimasu and hot coffee. The only downside is we live so far away and can’t enjoy the food here more! We can’t wait to come back

This place is so delicious, and every time I eat here I find myself reminiscing on the experience for days afterwards! The pasta always tastes so fresh and the crust for the pizzas is light and delicious. You could eat the entire pizza and not feel heavy or loaded down like most pizza places will make you feel. The pasta servings are very generous, while also not leaving you feeling weighed down if you eat the entire serving. The first time we ordered pick up, our pizza was a few minutes behind our pasta and my husband overheard the manager telling the kitchen they’d have to remake the entire order to keep our pasta fresh. My husband insisted it was okay, but we were both so impressed by their drive to make sure the food is as fresh as possible for their customers!

This was my second attempt to visit. The first time, I showed up on a Sunday without realizing they were closed, and I ended up walking in during their renovations. This time, I made sure to come during regular business hours.

I was greeted right away by the cashier, who was friendly and quick to explain how their ordering system worked. He even checked in while I was deciding, which I appreciated. However, after that, the hospitality seemed to taper off. For example, I didn’t realize where to get my cup until I noticed other customers with theirs. When I asked, he apologized and mentioned he should’ve given it to me when I ordered. Small details like that matter to the overall experience.

I ordered a 4-slice pinsa, a salad, and a drink for about $16.90. The portion was generous—definitely more than I could finish alone, so it could have been easily shared. Surprisingly, the highlight of the meal for me was the salad, specifically the vinaigrette. The pizza itself fell short. While I liked the crunchy oven-baked crust, it was a bit too crunchy for my taste. The sauce reminded me of canned ravioli sauce, with minimal cheese but very large basil pieces. I ended up finishing it more out of hunger than enjoyment.

I also noticed that some customers were served utensils, while I had to grab mine from the drink station. Not a huge issue, but again, it gave me the impression that the hospitality wasn’t consistent throughout.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The portions are good for the price, and the staff is friendly enough, but the food itself didn’t stand out. As someone who loves pizza, I wouldn’t necessarily come back here just for that. For me, it was decent, but not memorable.

Even though it was -5 degrees outside, inside was warm and cheery. We split a large Bruto and an order of Bruschetta. Our bruschetta was delivered ahead of the meal, as expected. We enjoyed every bite. The pizza didn’t disappoint either – great crust and the toppings were fantastic too. Everything was fresh and hot and cooked to order. The staff patrolled the dining area and kept all of the spaces super clean. The bathrooms were also very well maintained (3 glasses of soda!). This is our favorite pizza place in town. We don’t dine out often, but when we do visit The Original Pinsaria we’re always pleased. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is always delicious. That’s a lot of absolutes – which is deserved when it is absolutely marvelous.

Made from scratch!!!
When it seems like so many restaurants are serving similar things off the same food truck, this place prevails. Serving up fresh fresh green leaves, high-quality olive oil and cheeses, a vinaigrette that’s fresh and well-balanced. Finally a place that serves something that is actually healthy and filling!Using their homemade noodles, you can taste the wheat. It’s so fresh. Delicious espresso, the quality you would find in Italy

The crust is delicious! I went for the vegan options and great veggie toppings. The drinks also offered sugar free and oat milk options!

We are nothing but entirely satisfied every time we eat at The Original Pinsaria. The food is delicious, fresh, and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy like a lot of pizzas do. We’ve placed a couple of big orders for work events and they were so accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend eating here and using them for business related activities.
