AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
My husband and I shared the Reloaded Fries. They were delicious and plenty for us to share. Next time I’ll ask for a little less Cajun seasoning. The Twisted Lemonades were refreshing; not overly sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed this place! I’d definitely come back.

Brunch here was Amazing, great customer service and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. My brother and I tried the sampler platter and what a pleasure and delight it was, we are originally from Louisiana, and to have this kind of food reminded me of home. If you are ever in the City, I urge you to try the food and the drinks, I’m still in amazement.

OMG!!!! If you live in the Houston area (Jersey Village) PLEASE RUN don’t walk to NOLABABY!!! The food was absolutely AMAZING!!! I ordered the Crawfish Grilled Cheese and half order of loaded fries!!! Ask for Mr. Simba he took his time with my meal and it was PURE CULINARY PERFECTION!!! I will be visiting again!!! Also the beverages are just as delicious and quite eye catching!! Ask for the Madi Gras Lemonade!!! Plenty BANG for your buck!! ❤️

Came here with my mom and sister, got the reloaded fries, lobster grilled cheese, green Apple pack and the mango pineapple lemonade. The wait wasn’t long, and the food was absolutely amazing. They didn’t skimp on the fries at all, shrimp, saucy, cheesy goodness. I didn’t have too much of the grilled cheese since I was so full from the fries, but the grilled cheese was very cheesy and tasty. Great cheese pull and had a nice amount of crisp. The drinks were also very awesome.

I had high hopes for this food truck, but the sampler platter was a letdown. The fries were the only thing that tasted good. The “catfish” was clearly whiting and it was mushy and bland. The shrimp had a strange flavor, and the chicken was dry. Nothing about the food tasted creole, and it wasn’t worth the $32 at all.

To be rude and get my order wrong is crazy. I asked for a grill seafood platter, and got a fried one. The grease was old the food tasted burnt. We also got shrimp, chicken and Nola fries. The chicken was so dry I almost choked the shrimp was nasty the grease needed to be changed. The only thing that was good was the grill shrimp on the cold fries. I’m not sure about the other locations HOWEVER this Jones Rd is not it. I’m very disappointed that was my first and last time going. The guy here was clearly not happy to be at work.

Stumbled across this spot on my way to my auntie’s house in Jersey Village. The food truck is located in a food truck park with about 4 other vendors. I appreciated the fact it had a central “food court” that offered covered seating and fans to compensate for the heat.
Now for the food; I ordered the Surf n Turf Po’Boy with loaded crab fries and it did not disappoint!!! The beef was flavorful, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked, all situated on soft bread. I had zero complaints and will absolutely be back to try other menu items!! Overall 9/10.
