Food is horridly overpriced. I have seized eating Taco Bell over past year. Tried again today. I just payed ~$7 for the smallest, poorly made, with subpar ingredients chicken burrito (pictured). I would pay $3-4 for this max. The $6 box (elsewhere $5 box) is the only item on their menu that is still arguably acceptable. I remember, 2020 Taco Bell, what an incredible time with incredible items+prices. Now, I wouldn’t shed a single tear if they go bankrupt.

Great customer service! I typically only order burritos here, and the majority of the time, my tortilla has crunchy parts like it is stale., including last night. I had oral surgery this morning and decided to try it again as I didn’t want yogurt for dinner. I asked the guy taking my order to please verify the tortillas, explaining my situation and past experience. He was very accommodating, and today’s order was absolutely perfect. Thanks!

65. Been eating Taco Bell for a long time this location is very nice. They have great hours especially compared to the places around. The staff are always friendly and nice. Their mobile app is awesome way better than almost everybody’s I recommend.

I’m huge fan of Taco Bell. This one is the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Even a view from the counter of their food prep area looks very clean. Staff is well groomed and quick and friendly.
I was going to give my review four stars for only one reason, the bathroom.
It was completely trashed, I have no idea why. I visited this Taco Bell before 10:00 a.m.
Either they had a huge breakfast rush, or it hadn’t been cleaned since yesterday or longer. It looks like a construction site restroom.
Great food quality though.

The manager is very rude, i witnessed her talking bad about a customer. He was a very nice white gentleman that was just simply checking on the status of his order. I sat back myself and watched her make numerous rookie mistakes , not to mention over 20 minutes to get my 3 items. She is extremely rude and disrespectful . I didn’t catch her name , she was the older latin lady with wide hips(dont mean that in a rude way)

I have a feeling this talk about is under new management. The staff is well trained. Good customer service. Very polite. And the food was really good. You can tell they’re trying with their value menu to support people who need a break and are hungry. I think that’s awesome.

My orders are consistently accurate, and the food quality is great. And the service is top notch. The one time I had a problem with the Taco Bell app, I mistakenly left a negative feedback, and the manager personally called to make things right (even though it was the app’s problem – not her store). This is a great store.

My wife went to pick up an order and the cashier argued with her when she asked for her second drink. He wouldn’t give it to her until she provided her receipt as if it doesn’t exist on their screen. This same guy dropped our food last time we were here. He needs extra training with customer service.
