BBQ Defined! The BBQ and sides these folks make are outstanding and you can really tell its the work of someone with a passion for BBQ. The sides do not come from a can, but beans are cooked overnight with meat and spices to give it a special flavor. The sauces are really unique and you can tell they are homemade and have been perfected. I bought one plate, literally finished it in the parking lot and turned around and bought a second for tomorrow. Pork Ribs, Green Beans, Apple Cobbler, and Coleslaw, all good! You have to try it, these folks are going places for sure.

Wonderful food in modest restaurant. Best bbq- we had ribs and pulled pork which were perfectly cooked. A variety of mild to hot sauces and homemade sides were offered. Special compliment to the mac&cheese and beans,-both seasoned with pork! Staff were friendly, great experience

The best BBQ we’ve found in Kentucky. Pulled pork and ribs are excellent. Macaroni and cheese is thick and creamy, and its nothing like the Velveeta-like box stuff other restaurants always use. Baked beans are perfect- smoky, but not too smoky; tangy, but not too tangy. The staff are friendly. Support local and give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed.

Pulled pork had a great smoky flavor. Ribs were excellent and falling off the bone. Smoked bologna was delicious. Baked beans and mac-n-chz were both really good. Wide variety of sauces. Best bbq around.

Great little place to eat , we stumbled upon this on a motorcycle trip and so happy we did! From the moment we walked in till we left was a great experience. Super friendly staff /owners and the food was delicious! We saved this one on our favorites list and are actually planning a return trip this week !!!! Try it , you won’t be disappointed and I highly recommend the green beans, hubby won’t stop talking about them lol!

We went on a Friday night,and it was takeout only. Dining room closes at 2 pm. I had 1/2 order ribs and wife had chicken. Sides we’re green beans,baked beans,slaw and Mac&cheese. The ribs were ok, but I’ve had much better. Her chicken was just ok. The side of baked beans were good but the Mac and cheese…umm no way I’d eat that. The cheese ,you could pour off the pasta shells it was so watery. Her breen beans she said had vinegar in it. Not worth my money.

Their BBQ is smoked perfectly. I am a sauce person and let me tell you, they NAILED it! So many to choose from and all amazing. Sweet Ash is my favorite sauce. I’m so glad to have an amazing bbq joint close to home!
