There is zero seasoning on the fish or fries. The fried fish received is different from what is advertised. Without a drink, total came to $13.90.

I’m no stranger to Miami Grill, but it is my first time at Miami Grill Express. Offering the same Miami Grill meal deals and daily specials via drive-thru or walk up window. Limited parking with a couple of outdoor seating.
I greeted a friendly female employee at the walk up window and placed an order for the Friday special of a half original chicken cheesesteak, substituting Nathan’s fries for seasoned fries. Absolutely no complaints. The food was a fulfilling quick bite to hold me for a few hours. I look forward to visiting this location more….when the weather gets cooler.

The lady The took us the order needs to learn how to be cordially and nice with customers. When we order barbabacue wings we told her make sure the wings are missed in the barbabacue sauce and when we were about to pay she said the barbabacue sauce was in the side and only one little package. We asked her very nice if she can change and mixed. She didn’t like it and we said thank you and have a great night she turned out her face and not answer. I always give this store good compliments but not this time. Very disappointed.

Placed an order here and spent $76 last night for Christmas dinner. Upon receiving my order over an hour late, I took one bite of my pita and started to chew and realize my mouth was sliced open because there was glass inside of it!!!! I immediately tried to reach out to the store however it goes to voicemail before even ringing. I then reached out to Uber eats because not only was my sandwich filled with glass, which in itself is insane but every other sandwich that I ordered was not even made correctly the receipt plainly says what we should’ve received, and the only item that was eaten, was the one bite that I took with Glass in it. Everything else went to waste and there has been absolutely no support. I don’t do these kind of reviews however it’s impossible to even get assistance and your restaurant is not only giving orders incorrectly, which yes happens, but it’s creating a serious safety hazard.

Second time here, was so excited to have a Miami Grill close to home. Not sure how they cut their Gyro meat, but it comes out as shredded crumbs. Guess I need to go to Ft Lauderdale for decent a decent Gyro Platter at Miami Vice. So disappointed.

Avoid this location!!! I ordered Miami grill through Door Dash and this is probably the worst location in South Florida. My order said No onions, mushrooms or peppers and they loaded it up!
It appears they do this out of spite or anger since they are terrible at their jobs. Please avoid this location unless you go inside to eat.

Went through drive through and the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. I frequent this location a lot, and this is the first time I’ve experienced rude customer service. Not sure if this employee is new, but she needs to work on multi tasking and being more professional. On top of that I was asked to repeat my order several times and it was still incorrect. Please do better!

We ordered the Gyro Combo meal delivery from Uber Eats. The food was unedible! The pita was stale and cracked while trying to eat. The meat was old and dried. It was a terrible experience and that was our dinner..which we couldn’t eat! Stay Away from there!

Dollar extra so I declined upon looking at my order after receiving it they couldn’t give me all flats yet my platter was nothing but all drumsticks I was beyond pissed the taste of the foods was also a problem it taste nasty and greasy and overcooked
