What an experience. First I made the horrible mistake of ordering for pick up at the wrong location. Fortunately it was cancelled and I reordered at my home spot in Bayonne. So I check everything in the bag but the big box cause I ordered tenders and how can u mess that up! But when I got home to serve the kids. NO TENDERS. 9 pieces of classic chicken. So I go back and get them replaced. Great. I get home to sit and eat my sweet and spicy wings and omg they pink inside. Not fully cooked. SEND HELP AND PLEASE STOP OVER FREEZING THE LEMONADE….

I placed a mobile order for a 3 piece chicken (thighs/wings) along with a side of mashed potatoes and in my opinion the food was just ok, nothing to brag about. They didn’t include any sauces with the chicken and one of the 3 pieces was very small, the size of a small buffalo wing. If you can get a good deal it might be worth, otherwise there are best fast food places offering more for your buck in the area.
The order process itself was ok and as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru window my order was ready. Customer service was also good. There’s plenty of parking since this is part of a huge shopping center.

First of all, it’s right in the center of Times Square! The location is great, but despite that, the prices are the same as other Popeyes locations. You give your order on machines and go up for sitting and tadaaaa your order is ready to pick!

I did a drive thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Mashed Potato and Diet Coke. The sandwich and the mashed potatoes came out hot and nice. The sandwich was hot and crispy, and the mashed potatoes were hot and flavorful.
I was initially going to give them 3 or 4 stars since the drive thru was slow. They might have been understaffed – It was a Monday night, but the food was so good that I had to give it 5 stars.

Nothing tastes like Popeyes. The chicken doesn’t have the signature taste, even the biscuit tastes different. They def can’t be following the same recipes as Popeyes. I couldn’t finish my food , taste was very off! Waste of money .

If i could have a 0 i would! They are the worse Popeyes EVER! I asked for a little gravy on top of my mac and cheese and they made me buy a side of gravy.Besides that, the mac and cheese was a 60 cent up charge for each( I got 2) Then i get home and and saw that the portion size of the mac and cheese was half the container! Besides that their customer service is horrible! Never buying from there again!!

This place has the slowest drive thru of all time. The employees are nice enough except the manager(0range shirt) looks annoyed at all times. EVERY TIME I come here I ask for honey mustard sauce they give me Mardigra Mustard. It’s like they have been trained to do this. It’s NOT THE SAME? Why can’t I get what I asked for and if you do t have it I’ll choose something else. That I like. Don’t just give me anything. The sauce makes the meal. Do better and give napkins.
Decided to give this place another try and this is what they gave me. I’m done with this place.
