We got 20 NYPD pizzas for a huge elementary school event! The pizza was a hit with all staff, kiddos and families! Kevin, the owner, could not be nicer and the staff was so friendly when picking the order up! Five stars and we will definitely be using them for events every time!!!!

The 5 stars are for the first shift…. 0 stars for second shift. I mostly always get the same things. A chicken Alfredo personal pan pizza or the pepperoni, bacon, sausage pp pizza with a mushroom sauce hoagie, and fries. First shift always make my food with love. My hoagie bread is always soft and fluffy, and even reheats well, along with my fries and pizza. Second shift always over cook my food. The last two times they put 2 pickles, and a spoon full of mushroom sauce on my hoagie.. The pizza and fries was overcooked as well… Next time i go into NYPD, I am going to make sure I tip everyone there, including the cashier because they are so amazing… Thank you 1st shift❤️

This place is great if you’re looking for a bite on a budget. Everyone in the building is very friendly and they get your food to you quickly. Quality service and budget friendly food. They’re pizza is decent, and they also have quite a few other options that are not bad at all. Cheese fries with bacon is a go-to quick snack.

The customer service is horrible. The kooks look like they got up off the floor and came to work. The work area is dirty and fill with the remnants of the previous order. The cashier takes payment from customers and the without washing hands he started putting order together for pick up and delivery. As I was waiting for my order employees came in off the street to clock in, and went straight to work. No gloves no sanitizer and no washing of the hands. The quality of the service matches the quality of the food. Horrible! I also saw how rude the cashier was to a couple trying to place a very large order but they’re English wasn’t clear. The cashier was very condescending to them as they struggled to place their order .

Consistent and friendly staff. Free garlic dipping sauce. I eat here way to much because they cook my pizza just how I order it which is great! I would suggest making sure they put the pepperonis on top of all toppings and cook it well done – The pepperoni’s come out very crispy! They have carry out deals that are not ordered online (or are hard to apply online) so make sure you call in your order!
