Ordered breakfast online and food was ready prior to the time listed for pickup on the website. Staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile and a “Good Morning!”. I usually check carryout food to make sure the order is right in the store, but as the manager handed me the bag he said “I made sure there is plenty of strawberry jelly in there for you!”. This was exactly what I requested in the special request section of the order online. After that statement I was confident the order was correct. I opened the order at home and everything was spot on. The eggs were cooked correctly. The hash browns were crispy and the toast was just right, not burnt or soggy. Kudos to the kitchen and the carry out team for making this a GREAT experience Down on the Farm!

The food was fresh, the service slow. We were told there were no clean glasses after waiting 15 min just for drinks.
The women’s restroom was disgusting. I walked in amd back out. My husband told our server that it needed attention.
Our server, though a little slow to attend us, was very sweet and I assume a newer server, so we chose to show her some grace.
Many tables needed cleared when we arrived and they were still that way when we left.
Would I recommend? Probably not.

While the food, as always is great, well mostly. The wait staff was untrained and took so long to serve drinks, food, including burnt tooast, yes burnt toast.. Something happened in the womens restroom and stank so bad thar my granddaughter ran out and rfus3d to use. It.. We to ask for our bill so we could leave.. This location has done so much better, but tonight was a bit of a stinker.

First time visiting this establishment, and it definitely won’t be the last. Made the move from Washington state to Ohio that much easier. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and amazing food made for a great experience. Oh, and the banana nut bread is to die for! Can’t wait to dine here again.

Carry-out waiter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in to order pies and was told by her that they were all frozen. The manager overheard and told me there were plenty of thawed pies. While ringing me up she rudely waited for a tip and stood there while the manager boxed up and brought me my order.

Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it’s the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.
