Overall I love bojangles food but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a 4 piece supreme with cajun fries & asked for my fries to have extra seasoning & also an extra honey mustard which they make you pay .50 cents for. I got my food & I had to request extra seasoning & also ask for the honey mustard I asked for & which was also on my receipt. The young lady at the window looked at me as if I was bothering her & took her time as if she didn’t care. As they were doing so another worker came to the window & began to have a conversation with the young lady she closed my food & held it as if she didn’t have a job to do leaving me there to wait. I watched all this go on because she left the drive thru window open. So they gave me extra seasoning but instead of on my fries they put it on my biscuit. So overall again the food is great but the workers don’t take pride in their work.

Food was good. Think that they just opened cause workers were sluggish. Good service but no rush. My chicken was cooked perfectly and my bo-berry was delicious. I will always visit here when Im near.

Service is a little slow, and employees don’t really have a lot of hustle. And the manager doesn’t understand how to handle problems if you have any questions about how to use the mobile app or with offers. But the atmosphere is still the classic pine wood interior that all Bojangles have always had.

The worst.
Wanted 2 legs. 30 min wait for legs. Settled for a 2 breast dinner at almost $12 and got 2 wings and they were fried so hard that the meat was rubber.
Fries cold and old. Biscuit burned and rock hard.
Meal basically inedible. Have tried to call location 3 times since I got home and opened the meal. No answer. Very disappointed. Got to do better than this. Was a total waste of $12 and can’t even eat the meal!

Horrible service horrible food rather drive the extra miles to the other bojangles. Every time you go it’s a 7-10 min wait for cheddar Bo or supremes. Sense when is bojangles cook when ordered. It’s fast food they should have food already cooked especially after being open for 3 hours. Horrible bojangles. Like i said go to the other one in Goldsboro. 0/10. Need a better manager at that one. And the workers are rude.

Wife and I went on November 5, 2025 at around 12:30 pm. Was not busy at all and can understand why. All the employees were having a “party” in the kitchen area. Had to wait too long to get our order because no one would put it together!!
First and definitely our last time at this horrific location!!

The laziest, slowest, nastiest, uncaring location in all of ENC!
Seldom is your order complete or cooked as it should be, if they even have chicken available, no kidding about that.
There is a few good employees but you can’t get to appreciate them for having to deal with the horrible service and attitude from the rest.

Just about every time I go there either they give me the wrong thing or they keep me waiting 20+ minutes even when I’m the only one in line. Go to the one on Spence instead. Service is faster, they mess up orders less often, and they usually put more seasoning on the fries.

The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and it wasn’t even made correctly. They were out of 2 basic food items, at least that’s what I was told, bo-rounds and the pork chop grillers. The Cajun filet sandwich was dry, it was only a bun, the filet and brown lettuce and the dirty rice was overcooked and dry.

Let me start with my sandwich was good, but the service was unacceptable. On January 4, 2024 I drove through for a Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich. The total was $6.49. I handed the young man a $5 gift card and $2. I asked for a receipt and was given one. I waited for my change and he hadned me my order. I asked for my change and he informed the $2 cash was applied to the order and the remainder was on the gift card. I told him the order was $6.39 and he was given $7. I asked again for my change. With attitude he said, “It’s only 61 cents.” I asked him for his name and was told Omar. I said, “Omar, your are stealing from a customer and that’s theft. Please give me my change. He stood there looking puzzled and in a firm voice I said, “Now.” He handed me the gift card. Yes, I know it was only 61 cents and I never told him he could keep my change. It makes me wonder how many other customers he is stealing from. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She insisted she could help me. I asked her if she was the manager and she replied, “yea.” I asked her again and she wasn’t so sure. The call was ended. Theft is theft, no matter how much the amount is.
