They gave me a meat burger instead of a vegetarian burger, which if I was allergic, that would’ve been a huge deal and they have messed up our orders several times, I am new to the area, but my parents tell me that they are not the most consistent servers for a Burger King and Burger King has always been my favorite franchise. We ordered tonight and if they mess up again, which is an easy three person order I am calling the franchise owner or whoever I can get up to above the general manager because the general manager that we spoke to has done nothing they need to do better.

Ordered food here and got a moldy bun on my chicken sandwich which the restaurant did replace however when I spoke to the manager on the phone he gave me an attitude as if it was my fault that his employees served me a moldy bun I have eaten here several times in the past and have always had an excellent experience with the staff and the food was as it should be

Slow, went in side and it took them 10 minutes to take my order, with no one else inside. Then a car pulled up after I was there and they took that order before even taking mine. Worst Burger King I ever stopped at for service and food was no hot. Never again will I stop there.

Stopped here for a quick bite while traveling thru.
Since it was raining hard, we went in to order our to-go munchies, rather than using the drive-thru. (since there is no over-hang on this building to keep you dry while ordering)
We waited inside at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone took our order. (As you can see in my photos they were not busy at the time of my visit.)
When we (finally) got our food it was obvious the onion rings had been sitting for quite some time (each of our orders or fries/rings was also in about 4 containers a piece- not very environmentally friendly nor business smart to waste so many containers), we paid for cheese to be added to 2 sandwiches that did not get cheese added.
I wanted to call and complain to Burger King, but when I checked the bag for my receipt it was no where to be found. (my local BK tapes it to your bag- I thought others did this as well?)
I will not stop here again.

I went one night and I ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings, and the cini minis. I didn’t get icing for the cini minis. They made my food and forgot to pack it so I had to go up and ask if my order was ready. It was just sitting I’m the heat lamp. The lady was nice about it and I didn’t complain. Last night, 9/12/25, I got onion rings and 2 chicken sandwiches. I hadnt eaten in 6 hours and was very hungry. On the way home, i ate a couple bites and a few onion rings. An hour later I had horrible stomach pains. I then ate a few more bites of my chicken sandwich and it tasted off. It tasted fishy and was soggy in the middle. The taste made me feel sick and I was done. I’ve also had diarrhea the next day. I called and the only thing they can do if I have the receipt is give me coupons. They said “we can’t confirm that it’s was our food that made you sick” Very disappointed.

My fully loaded croissanwich was absolutely delicious. I stopped back in the afternoon for a Texas Double Whopper and it was top notch. I ordered through the app both times and got my order in a timely manner. The food is very good at this BK location. I have eaten at this location many times over the years. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty meal that never disappoints!

I went to bk to get something to eat and when the cashier rang my order up i told her i wanted fresh frys .when my order was ready the manger handed me my food i checked the frys were cold when i told her about it she got mad took the frys and threw them monthing off saying that they were fresh .this the 2nd time this has happened to me

Delicious!!! Burger King is always amazing, the food was great and the employees were very kind! The service was super fast, and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend going here to get some delicious burgers and fast food!
