I love the atmosphere of this place. It just feels so calm and it’s very clean. Seth, an employee, was very patient with our order and answered all the questions we had. Food wise, I really enjoyed the fries and seasoning on it. I do think there was a bit much though on mine. Sauces were very good. What I enjoyed most was the enchilada burrito. Wow. I’m telling, it was amazing. Yes it gets messy. Yes it is thick. It hits all the requirements a burrito should have. But what stood out as my favorite aspect of the burrito was surprisingly the tortilla if the burrito. It was just so perfect and soft.

Went there for the first time yesterday with my daughter and her best friend. Conventially located across from Target, it was our first time.
The staff was great at navigating the menu. Getting a beer with my burrito was nice. Food was good and well portioned. My only compliant is that they made tipping difficult. Lol. Just need a jar up front.
Will be back.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and the service was quick and friendly. I ordered two tacos, two sodas, and a bowl with chicken. I feel the price was way too high for what we got. The tiny tacos were tasty but I like cheese, which is lucky because that is what was the main ingredient. Very little ground meat was to be found and I expected something much more substantial.
The place is clean and has good accessibility. The staff was friendly also. But I was just disappointed in the amount of food for this bill.
Let me add that I live in Wisconsin, and came to IL for an appointment, so maybe the cost is appropriate for Crystal Lake, IL. If so, I will be aware of this the next time I have to grab food in Illinois.

Wow! What a great place! Visiting Crystal Lake for baseball tourney and decided to try it out (off of logo and cuisine alone!) The young man working the register was so kind. Helped me navigate the menu and decide what to order. Entertained my middle aged inquiries (like, is this local to the Chicago area?). The food was incredible. I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso. Everything was so fresh!! Highly recommend!
Edited to add: I went back the next day bc it was so delicious!! Ha! Same great experience-friendly young girl working the drive thru! Ordered the burrito bowl with chicken again and perfection!

The food was 9 out of 10 , the Guacamole and chips are the best in all Chicago land area. prices are fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the good flavors of the food and the decor is so trendy. Very clean and family oriented.
I highly recommend this place

First time trying this place out. I gave it a 3 star because of the “nachos” were stale and even though they gave me a new order it didn’t change the fact that they were still stale, under a lamp doesn’t keep them fresh for long. If you can find a way to keep the chips fresh would be great! Steak Tacos(flour and corn / hard and soft) meat was very tender and flavor. Sauce options pretty good! Menus options not bad.

Food sucks. Service is fine. Ive only used drive thru. Cali burrito, Half the burrito is ice cold with the guacamole and sour cream. Not a good bite. Brisket is garbage. Fries are meh. Ive only gone when I got free coupons in the mail and its still not worth it.

I asked for tbe quesdillas, and they ask you to pick what kind so I did the bacon one. All they put in the tortilla was bacon. They didnt add any cheese.

Second time trying this chain out. Got two burritos both tortillas smell the raw like not fully cooked dough. I ate the inside of the burrito which was mainly rice. I will definitely save the big positive was the sauces were incredible. Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll be back.

We visited this place three times. One time dining in was okay, but both takeout orders were completely cold, even though we picked them up ourselves and live only 10 minutes away.
The portions were very small, the food tasted like it was made from leftovers.
Last night we got food poisoning.
The chicken in the tacos tasted old. My son was vomiting all night, and I had nausea and digestive issues.
Nice-looking place, but the food quality is terrible.
Do not recommend.
