Wow! Great Italian hole in the wall! Our whole group liked everything we ordered, and was wonderful service! Bread and oil is to die for!! Main dish pic is the Capellini Pomodoro with 1/2 sausage and chicken!

Excellent steamed mussels with a basil and wine sauce.
Chicken Marsala was good but could use more seasoning and or acid in the cream sauce, was a little bland along with the chicken.
Pasta Bolognese with meatballs and Sicilian sausage pasta was as expected according to my dinner guests. Both were pleased with their choices.
Delicious dipping oil with herbs and spices for the complimentary bread.
The staff was quick and professional.
The environment is tight on the space and a bit dingy with the decor. 90’s Italian Cafe vibes, needs a face-lift.
Overall it’s a good spot to grab some quick American Italian pasta dishes with generous portions.

I was charm by the coziness of this small Italian restaurant, wow,mi first and mi favorite when I. Minneapolis. This is full of charm with the red cloth, tight space, the music the lighting, the rare decor, old antique used decor, just buzzard, but wow the food was amazing, I got fettuccine shrimp . I eat it all. So you will to. you must add to your trip , in my pictures you will see mi friend Mayra enjoyed the gift item in the menu was also a delicious dinner cozy and it have aromantic feeling if you are seeking a romantic dinner with your husband or wife. I’ll be honest; I’m not a huge fan of pasta, but I cannot remember having Italian food with this much flavor. The pasta dishes were amazingly rich, the salads fresh and crisp, and the bread and oil delicious.
Our server did a fantastic job and packed up all our leftovers. If you’d like to indulge in some carbohydrates, you’ll love this place. If you prefer lighter fare, go for the salad and lamb. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was fantastic! The pasta was incredible and the bread and oil dip were the best we’ve ever had! The portions were very generous. I want to keep eating, but I’m at my limit, though I have enough for another meal to look forward to later. We carried out the order and it was wrapped up and still hot when we got home. Will be back for sure!

I have been I big fan of this restaurant for years so it pains me to write this review. The care center where I live co-ordinated an event for some residents to go and have some food at Giuseppe’s located in Burnsville. My previous experience with this location has been stellar, never had to reserve a seat. Always walked in, got seated, ordered and had fun enjoying the food and drink. My visit on Friday, November 21st has changed my opinion forever. I will never visit this location for the rest of my life. 8 people (5 in wheel chairs) were treated with such distain and hatred from a person who called himself the owner, that it wrecked our day and had a member of our party crying for hours after we left. There was no willingness to work through whatever hardship our showing up placed on the restaurant. We offered to help set the tables up to better suit our party and put them back before we left, “NO” the owner said. The only things this person did was continue to raise his voice and point to the door. Looking at all of us like we were not welcome, how dare you come to this establishment. Three of us were repeat customers and up until yesterday had only great things to say about Giuseppe’s Burnsville location, that will no longer be the case, Forever!

I am an Activities Director at a local nursing home. I brought 5 residents in wheelchairs today as requested by my residents. I knew it would be tight to get them in but the place is normally quiet. While getting my residents situated. The owner started yelling at my group for not calling ahead of time. I apologized to him but he kept yelling. I asked him to calm down as our residents don’t get out much and wanted to enjoy his good food. The situation escalated fast with him continuing to yell and saying there is nowhere else for anybody to eat. I said we would leave and he said this is my restaurant and you will leave. He proceeded to yell at us while wheeling my residents out of the building. My heart went out to my residents for having to experience discrimination for being in a wheelchair.

The food is amazing! Best Italian food I have had in a really long time. My daughter really wanted Italian food for her Birthday and I am so glad I found this place. We will definitely be going back. Our service was good, you could tell she was busy but still provided excellent service. Dinners were huge!

Absolutely love Giuseppe’s. All their food is handsdown delicious especially their bread you could NEVER get enough of their bread the service is always great they are so kind qnd helpful to any questions and keeping you satisfied! They let you write your names on their brick like walling on the inside which i personally think is awesome. All around awesome place to go with amazing food. I will go back time and time again and i suggest you go too!
