Pizza is always amazing. Never an issue with the food quality and turnaround time to get my pizza delivered typically. All delivery drivers are cool, respectful and deliver to your door. (I’m in an apartment building)
However, there’s one delivery driver, Ali, that is very bad. My friend and I order from here and whenever we have him as a driver he is very rude and disrespectful.
On one occasion he calls me to tell me he can’t access the building even after I’ve provided the number to enter. He then left the pizza on the ground outside in front of the door to enter the garage floor.
Typically the other drivers deliver to my door. This most recent time, he calls to tell me he’s not delivering it to the door and how I must pick it up from him out front of the apartment complex not even in the garage. Extremely rude on the call and in person.
Have tried to contact the store about it but nobody ever answers the phone.

I ordered food from this establishment on 06 February My order came to around $47, but with the delivery charge and built in tip, I was charged $64.32. When you order through the Dominos website and select delivery, your are AUTOMATICALLY sent to UberEats. The website indicates that the delivery site is POWERED BY UBEREATS. I paid with a credit card and had to verify my delivery and billing address, yet my order was delivered DIRECTLY next door to the laundromat, about 6 steps away from the front door of the restaurant. Dominos received the order, placed the order, took the payment INCLUDING DELIVERY AND TIP, and refuses to take accountability for this mess. Terrible business practices…0 out of 10, do NOT recommend!

I visited the store on 2/18/26 at around 9pm for take out and the manager with the blonde hair was very rude with a snappy attitude. All of this over me asking how long it would take for my pizza to be ready after waiting 20 minutes. I was extremely taken aback by how agitated she was. Never again will I come to this location.

We order delivery from here every now and then, they’re always very efficient! Tonight our delivery order was delivered to the wrong address, the woman (I wish I got her name) we spoke to was very kind and was quick to help correct the situation. The order was remade for us so fast! Mistakes happen and the employees handled this so well we will continue to come back! 🙂

I take back any information I said about this dominoes. I have been on hold on their line for the past hour and haven’t gotten my food.
Their customer service is the biggest joke in Raleigh. This dominoes provides great food and service only if you are doing cary out. If you do delivery, expect atleast and hour an 30 minutes before u get your food. I ordered at 2:45 pm on a Saturday and my order still isn’t on the way at 4:35 pm
