This place isn’t bad for a gas station Subway. It is one of the 3 “restaurant” options in Clay City, so it’s better than driving to the next town over.

Amazing team work! Had a last minute training today, everyone decided Subway for lunch. I was on a time limit, went in with a large order. The staff were so friendly, fast, even the manager came out and helped with the order. Great people!

Worst service we ever experienced in a restaurant!! Employee was using profanity and slinging food everywhere. Initially told us Subway was closed. We stood at the counter and waited then she asked us how many sandwiches we wanted to order. We replied 3. Then she responded with “we are definitely closed”. No sense of work ethic,decency. I would give -5 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered online so I would be easy in an out. I get there and it was not ready , and they had the nerve to say they did not get my order til 4:03 pm. They forgot receipt had the time on it. Time on receipt was 3:50 , so they had my order for 13 mins. I showed at 4:03 when they finally ask if they could help me. Then they tell me it not ready. But they made there buddy sandwich before mine and my order had been place way before he came in. Not sure who own this store , but the need start managing they young kids. I suggest you never order there!

Bread was old, tuna was good but small portions compared to other Subways, veggies were frozen and gross looking, got a few pickles. Artist was great to me. Not a $5.50 sandwich.

Ordered 2 footlong subs. Had to go with a different bread than we normally get but that’s ok…asked for them to go easy on the mayo. When we got them home we just trashed them. Not just because both were covered in mayo…I mean squeezing out all over in globs…we did not order them with dark 6 inch HAIRS but that’s what we got. The hairs were half inside the sub and hanging half out….that is a hard NO for us.
