Paid extra for sauce. They didn’t give me my sauce. It’s not that hard to follow instructions. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay extra for something and don’t get it. By the time I noticed, I was too far away to turn around. I went to fast food, to be fast. Not to be inconvenienced. AND wrap the dang taco correctly so the toppings don’t fall out in the bag…nothing like scraping my toppings off the bottom of the bag…

It’s a Taco Bell. Sometimes they screw up. It’s the middle of nowhere, what do you want? IT’s just nice to have a little variety that is open late. And real talk? I’ve been there a bunch since they opened, at least once a week, and they have only goofed up my order once. I’ve also gotten a bunch of extras and free stuff, so I’m not complaining. They’re also always super friendly every time I go.

Ordered “fresh” food so food was soft.. Food was NOT FRESH. Got soft potato taco, cheesy fiesta potato and chicken chalupa supreme.. needing the shell of the chalupa soft. I specifically ordered the chalupa fresh and soft.. it was not served that way. It wasnt old. It was still in time, however it was not made to order the way I asked. And it ended up being hard. And inedible for me. If I spend $7 on a taco Id like to be able to eat the thing

Lady at the window was unnecessarily rude, 2 of 3 burritos where wrapped incorrectly (nothing but cheese the first few bites, only meat the last few) was excited to try food from a “new” Taco Bell. What a disappointment, luckily only desperate to eat here once in a blue moon. Disappointed to find out they’re putting one in my hometown, hopefully it won’t be such a disappointment.

Went to drive thru and I was the only car. The girl was on her phone talking opened the window and just looked at me couldn’t even say Hi or tell me the total….. Then gave me my food no napkins, no thank you and my chips were dumped upside down in the bag!!!!! Employee had pink hair and clothes wrinkled and dirty. Not to mention she never said one word to me!!!! Never will go back!!!!

It’s just another lazy fast food restaurant food as sloppy tacos all broken no attempt to keep things edible. Plus you get very small amount of meat and jam packed with lettuce. Kinda a joke you spend good money for a crap product
