Thank you sooo much to the night crew for helping fulfill my online order. I made the mistake of ordering online while the store had closed early due to inclement weather. The super amazing lady still made my order despite already being closed. She is a Wonder Woman and my hero. Thank you so much for going above and beyond when you didn’t have to. Went here for lunch and it had that “hit the spot” feeling. Just felt different in a good way. Food was on point along with the drinks. The service was decent, wasn’t much waiting time to get my order.

Food was as expected and ordered, it was good. The location that day was understaffed. So the staff was disgruntled and short. The trashes were full, the drink stations almost empty, and we had to clean our own table before eating. Such a lack of customer service.

I was on the first leg on a long road trip and decided to stop at this Panera location for a snack. I decided to get a few bakery items but the variety of bakery items were sold. I purchased a few items from their limited quantity, it wasn’t very fresh but was still flavorful. Overall, this was a good experience.

My husband and I cam for breakfast when it was very slow. He ate his breakfast sandwich before I even received my coffee, green drink, and food. The ladies behind the counter were slow and didn’t seem to k ow what they were doing. One gal was working on a customer’s order that had ordered after me. Another employee was cleaning the dining room that didn’t need cleaning when they could have been helping with orders

UPDATE: I’m simply going to ask that when I walk into Panera bread three front person not be going 100% attention to their phone. This might be a one off but it sends bad optics to your customers.

I am not sure if this location is short staffed but I do know service was not that of a normal Panera. No greeting. No smiles from the employees. Long line. Seemed very unorganized. I ordered a breakfast wrap and the were out of the wraps. They need help
