Horrible service from the entire staff. They didn’t fill up my smoothie properly and at that point I should’ve gotten a medium size and when I told the employees they offered to ADD MORE ICE TO FILL IT ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! What a joke of an establishment.

I had wait at least 5 minutes for them to fix an iced coffee. I got a coffee and it tasted nasty and everything was missing that made it a coffee. All the sugar was missing and I had to turn around to go back to McDonald’s to fix my order. A worker was on her phone and making my coffee at the same time. All the workers look like they don’t like their job.

Went drive thru made me park in #7 30 min past no order i asked the guy who was taking orders to cars that i had a long time waiting if he coild check he never did i had to go get in line again in drive thru since dine in was closed already another 20 min there i called manager while i was in line cus they took anlong time to answer my call he said they started working on it cus they gave my food to another customer or they had lost my order receipt when they gave me my order no apology nothing not even thank you this place needs better customer service

I don’t know what was the employee deal , I dont know if he was having a bad day or maybe he isn’t happy with his job, but you messed my day up with Your messed up attitute , first you tell me that you guys arent accepting codes then you guys dont have ice coffee, then you end up getting my code bcs it was a pickup order and you say iced coffee is going to take 4 min, first you say no then what, what is yalls deal, I had a really bad experience & probably wont be returning at all, mcdonalds is my go to as well as mu family, btw the lady was nice.
