The food was great! They had a rabbit pasta on special and I took a chance, it paid off! ❤️ My husband got the center cut which was delicious. The wind selection was great, location is cute in a quaint little town, excellent friendly service. Don’t forget to top off your meal with their cheesecake and a French press coffee!!

This place is definitely a gem. We arrived without reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. We started with some appetizers, and they seemed small in size, but they were definitely huge in taste. Of course, we ordered cocktails. They did not neglect our need for a powerful yet delightful punch. We ordered the 10 Oz strip, and it was cooked to perfection
We finished off with an espresso martini that was quite delectable. Our server made sure every desire was met. Did I forget to mention how cute the decor is? After numerous recommendations from people telling us “you NEED to go to Rennick’s!” we finally went! Everything was phenomenal! We started with cocktails & their caramelized onion chip & dip appetizer. We moved on to a bowl of their tomato bisque with grilled cheese croutons, such a simple touch that really made the dish stand out! Since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, we got a bottle of wine and the 32oz Ribsteak for 2 which comes with 3 sides and 2 sauces. OH MY GOD was it divine! This picture does not do it justice, but being rather particular about ordering steak out at restaurants, this is one that we 100% would get again. The char on the outside paired with the perfect medium rare inside made it worth every penny! We ended the night sharing an espresso martini and got a slice of cheesecake to go. We look forward to coming back and trying other items off their menu since we can already tell everything will be delicious no matter what you choose!

Every time I have been here (at least four) I have had a different entree and each has been spectacular. The most recent was short rib ramen: super-rich broth, plenty of mushrooms, tender meat, green onions, soft-boiled egg, the noodles. Exceptional meal. First-rate service, excellent bartender.

Nice little find in Ashtabula OH. For dinner we had an appetizer of Steak Tartare and a Caesar Salad. The Tartare was very good, nice portion. The Caesar salad was also good, just not what we expected – was more like a chopped salad. Only downside was that it was very chilly in the restaurant and the metal chairs made it seem even colder. Had to keep my coat on which is not enjoyable when dining. A quick walk up a short hill across from the restaurant provided beautiful sunset over the lake.

We had a reservation for two to dine earlier this month. We had the 32oz ribeye for two and the crab dip appetizer. The food was phenomenal and our server was fabulous; she checked on us and still gave us space to enjoy our meal. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a special experience. I do recommend reservations; even on a weeknight it was very busy.

I wish I could afford eating here more often. The filet is always delicious and the drinks are well-made. I have been twice and both times we had Alan assist us. He is so knowledgeable on the menu and the bourbon list. He was so attentive and patient with us. I can’t wait to go back!
