The staff and management seem to lack decency. They don’t care about your experience or complaints. They consistently know the smoothy machine is not filling drinks properly and they don’t do anything about it. Even as it gets worse. The managers are mean and inconsiderate. I may need to drive to a further McDonald’s. This is offensive

My experience would’ve been a lot better had a young fellow from the kitchen, not come to the front give five to a guy that was giving an interview and then tell him that he wasn’t gonna take my order as he made eye contact and walked off. This is the problem with who we’re hiring these days… if you don’t care .. I don’t either .. I won’t be coming back .. Ordered breakfast at 10:18 am went to pickup which was after 10:30. Drive thru told me they had to cancel due to not being able to fry hash browns. I was a Regional Manager for McDonald’s over a decade ago, and I know how they are packaged and how the fryers are set. It’s a shame that service isn’t a part of McOpCo anymore. Pure laziness!

Went to McDangers today! Took a risk and ordered simple pancakes and sausage! Upon arrival home noticed they charged me for sausage but did not add the sausage to the meal! Poor service! I should have known better! These companies become multimillion dollar companies/corporations and forget the meaning of customer service! Mc.Danger do better! Your horrible!

Disgusting place to eat we ordered dessert and it had mold…..MOLD! We brought it to the manager Lupes attention and she kept denying it was mold with out even looking at it correctly. My husband ate half of the fritter, instead of apologizing she was rude, typical attitude for a McDonald’s manager.

Due to proximity of my work, I visit this location more often than others. I have to say that my food it always hot, the people still say thank you in the drive thru and not just hand you your food and walk away like so many others. Everything seems fresh and I always see someone cleaning something or another.
While it is McDonald’s and one must put everything in perspective when setting up expectations, this one definitely holds a candle above many others and I highly recommend them.

I had a really bad experience at this location. I placed a mobile order at this location and when I showed up they refused to give me my order despite me giving them the code and providing a digital receipt showing that it was placed at that location. They told me they couldn’t give me my order because they didn’t see my order on their computers which to me makes no sense because if it wasn’t on their computers then why did the person on the speaker ask me if I wanted my receipt and unfortunately I was forced to drive away without my food because I had to get back to work. Very disappointing I have never had a more horrible experience at a fast food restaurant before. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back at this location.

The food was hot and the place clean. But they had us (5 people) waiting for way to long on the food and when we finally got it we had to wait for the drinks and the lady was with a bad attitude.

Nothing wrong with the food but the cashier for the drive through was very rude and short with me. They always forget things like straws and sauces even if you ask multiple times. Id rather drive 20 minutes to a different mcdonalds than order from here again.

Absolute worst service (if you can call it that) of any McDonalds anywhere..and that is coming from a former McDonalds manager. Lobby was closed during operating hours.. OK,, so I go to the drive-thru.. nobody would answer the speaker. Ok, so I go to the first drive-thru window, then the second. I was about to call 911 and report that the store was likely being robbed.
After a few more minutes a VERY RUDE woman finally opened the window and told me to pull to a THIRD window and SLAMMED the window in my face.. This franchise owner does not train their employees very well. Avoid this place like the plague. With any luck the store will go under and be replaced by Subway or Burger King where the employees are polite.
