I am writing to report a serious issue with an order I received today. I ordered the “Berry Berry Berry Good” ice cream through DoorDash, and when I opened it, I found two hairs inside the ice cream. This was very upsetting and completely unacceptable, as it is unsanitary and unsafe. I did not eat the product because of this. I wanted to make you aware of the situation so it can be addressed and prevented from happening to other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue and what actions will be taken.

Wonderful service! Very willing to answer questions and let us sample. Cautious so as not to cross contaminate when dipping the plant-based ice cream (food allergy). So thankful there are such kind people still working in places like these. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

After coming here many times I am finally writing a review to express my gratitude towards this place! This has to be my favorite ice cream place in the whole city due to the fact that the ice cream is good and the staff is always great and listening! On some days, there is a teenage boy who always greets me and my family and always converses in small talk with us while still giving us the service that we asked for! 10/10 service from the manager too!

We came in 15 minutes til close as a last minute decision with a party size of 9. Not only did the workers accommodate us, they as well invited us to stay and eat in the restaurant remaining open 30 min past close to accommodate us. Thankful for the 5 star customer service that our family received tonight as this was our first time at cold stone and will def be returning.

Stuffed a $50 cake in the freezer. It fell onto the floor as soon as I opened the door. I took the cake back to show them and ask for discount on the replacement. The owner replaced the cake for free. Thank you!!! My son thanks you! ❤️❤️

Excellent experience!! My ice cream went in basic and came out a fully realized character with a plotline, emotional depth, and way too many toppings (no regrets). Every bite was cold, creamy, chaotic perfection — like happiness straight out of a waffle cone.
