This place was so good! We literally ate every last crumb off our plates ️. Both my kids loved it and everything was delicious. The character buns were cute and fun , and we all left satisfied with the flavors . The food, the service — everything was just really, really good . I’m so glad we came here, and I’d definitely come back if we’re in town again ✨.

Their menu has a good diversity of options we decided to go with their character buns and a few other items. Everything came out in good time with friendly service and tasty good.

Service and atmosphere were very great, the music that for the atmosphere was Lo-Fi and R&B. GREAT music to listen to while eating. I tried the Miso so hot Ramen which was pretty delicious and the bunny buns.

We saw this place on social media and decided to try it. We tried this place for the first time and they were pretty good. It was a little hard to find parking. We came on a Saturday evening and the wait was about 45 minutes.
The dining area is small, but it has a nice atmosphere. It looked like there was only 1 waiter serving all the tables and the other were just bus boys, so service was a little hard to get. We wanted to order more, but gave up trying to get his attention. The waiter was nice though, but they could use a little more help.
I read a person’s review about their dishes not being customizable. It turned out it was true. We saw a post on their site about a beef bilgogi udon (noodles), but this person had rice with it. We wanted to order the same dish, but we didn’t realize it was a post from 2 years ago. They wouldn’t let us order rice instead of noodles (just like the picture). That was a turn off.
We loved their potsticker appetizers (comes with 4 pieces). My friends and I agreed if they made an entree with 8 pieces and rice, we’d order it. Their crab cream cheese won tons were good also. I don’t really like seafood and thought I wouldn’t like it, but it was good. If you like cream cheese, that’s all I tasted lol.
We had to try their baos. They’re like a warm soft dough (dinner roll) filled with meat or dessert filling. They looked too cute to eat! They were tasty. I didn’t care much for the strawberry filled. I wish we tried the Nutella. That’ll be for our next visit.
Overall, we thought they were good. Maybe a place to visit when we’re around that area again.

We ended up too late to dine inside, so we ordered takeout. I was surprised to find out we didn’t receive the drink we ordered and paid for. It was already 15 minutes past closing by the time we figured out. It was an incredibly upsetting experience. The food was good but definitely not happy about the service. Be careful and double-check your order here.

Food was so good and they had all the buns in stock. Other locations are usually out of one or more flavors. We had the buns, fried rice, ribeye and ramen. All delicious & close to perfection!!

I don’t love it but I don’t hate it. It’s just okay. Personally it’s like a rollercoaster ride experience here at Harumama for me. Check it out.. When it comes to Ramen, I say that Gonzo still holds the best Ramen in North County SD. Harumama Ramen is good but there’s so many things going on with the flavour. The thing that makes this place unique are the buns. They are good but they lack authenticity. Presentation of food, I will give this place 10/10, they are very cute. The thing that I despise the most is that they charge $1 for ketchup. Yes! For a condiment they will charge you. Service is good, everyone is friendly and professional. The food is not customizable, so that’s pretty much a turn off for most of the customers. Last but not least the ambiance on this place is quite cool and modern. Did you guys see the ups and downs of my experience here? Hence why I mentioned it’s a rollercoaster ride for me. Overall it’s not bad but just don’t expect too much

This review is based on our own experience. We get that your location is based in Carlsbad and cater to the Carlsbad residents, we ordered the Tako Yaki, while the flavor was good. The tiny 1 – 2 pieces of octopus was not worth it. We also ordered Haru and the Kimchi ramen. Once again we get that you’re in Carlsbad and had to americanized the menu for their palette, but over all The Haru was bland and the Kimchi ramen oil used was overwhelming. We came from Lego Land and stopped by on our way home to Los Angeles. Sad to say. We won’t be returning. Enjoy your so called Ramen Carlsbad residents

Oh my god!! This is by far the best food I have ever eaten in my life! No joke! Super fast and excellent service. My wife forced me into the restaurant and I am blown away. The flavors and textures. You have found your next restaurant!

Granted, the wait can be long because they’re a cozy little joint but the food is A1 perfect!!!!! I had the Cucumber Noodle Salad, vegetable egg rolls and the Garden Party Ramen. Now listen, I was a little nervous about my ramen because I didn’t want meat but I wanted the savory flavor meat gives in my broth. I didn’t believe a vegetable broth could get the job done but lo and behold that vegetable broth came through without lacking any flavor AT ALL!!! Do you hear me?!!! The Garden Party Ramen was a hit that won’t quit!!! I loved every dish!! Harumama didn’t miss, they HIT!!!
