Out of towner just looking for some dinner,
Called ahead because I couldn’t figure out the online ordering, said it would be 25 min ordered a calzone add pineapple
Got there went to pay and the amount posted online was $14.95 , but I added pineapples so I expected an up charge just wasn’t disclosed with the exact amount.
I arrive after about 30 min after I placed the order and it still wasn’t done, then as I pull out my card to pay the $24 he tells me he can’t take a card, I only had a $20 bill he took it and was okay with that, then I still had to wait an additional 5-7 ish minutes.
Now the portion size was huge, however the cheese tasted terrible and had a fermenty kind of taste. & i started feeling sick not too long after, here I am the next morning still sick. I was just fine before I ate anything from this restaurant.

I called for delivery. Number one strike is she said they didn’t deliver.
OK well don’t have it online saying you do.
I ordered steak tacos and beef tongue tacos.
Strike 2 she calls 10 minutes later that they don’t have beef tongue so I got the shrimp.
Picked up my food, went home and it was the wrong order.
I brought the food back, got mine and I wish we would have just kept the wrong order. At Least then I wouldn’t be starving after I paid 26.00
The tacos just weren’t that good. The steak tacos had no taste. The shrimp ones were better at least.

Shockingly good for the number of cuisines. Good price especially for portion sizes. Preparation took a long time so recommend calling ahead for pickup. Tortilla chips are thick but solid nachos. Perogies used sweet onions, so unique spin.

Very nice people & Abe is an excellent cook. The portions are huge, the prices are very fair and, most importantly, the food is made fresh & the taste is the proof0! EVERYTHING I have tried to date has been well liked. Being there are mainly pizza joints in Mahanoy City, this is a welcome & well liked addition. Give Abe’s a try.

Food is great. But it took 30 minutes for 2 order of tacos. Service could be better. Price for the sodas says 2.00 on the menu but they charged us 3.25 Also, whatever you leave as a tip, there is a service charge of 8% on top

Casual dining, no frills spot for grub. The enchiladas with green sauce was good and had a nice spice to it. Got the rice and beans to go along with my meal. I like that they also have coke in the glass bottle (with cane sugar). I prefer that over the regular coke.
