Excellent service. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. My food was fresh and hot, and while I was waiting on potato cakes, every single person who walked by the drive-thru window let me know they were coming out fresh. I think three different employees checked in with me.
That level of communication really stood out and was appreciated. You don’t see that everywhere. Great experience.

I had a great dine-in experience at Arby’s. Meadow provided quick, friendly, and attentive service. I ordered roast beef and cheddar and asked for it to be doubled, and Meadow handled it perfectly—no mix-ups, and the order was exactly as requested. The roast beef and cheddar was fresh and tasty, and the dining experience was smooth and efficient. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended for reliable, tasty food when you’re eating in.

I had mobile ordered food to be done at 10 and they had closed up everything for the night and I had to walk through the drive through but they were compassionate and more than willing to hold my food even though I was 10 minutes past close, incredible people.

Barley warm food. And half the size sandwich today and don’t bring a 100 dollar bill in because they don’t even have 80 dollars change over the lunch hr at 1pm I will not be going to this location anymore must be the C team today . And this is only the Q street location. Normally they do good but a big fat F for them today

This restraunt sucked. We got no straws, no special sauce or horseradish sauce even though we requested it. Their was only like 2 maybe 3 ppl working. Arby’s is an amazing restraunt but this store in particular does not have customer satisfaction in mind.

Stopped by on a Wednesday night after my rehearsal, got to the drive thru at about 10:40pm. Waited at the speaker for 10 whole minutes, where I could clearly see a person working inside. Spoke through the speaker multiple times, even honked once, but was purposefully ignored. Even sat at the window for 5 more minutes and was still ignored. Had already been having a horrible night and I just wanted a roast beef sandwich. Usually this place is great, but I personally will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know not to go here. Thanks for making my terrible night worse!

I just got home with what I thought was a Buffalo chicken wrap, and opened the package up to see a pile of grey roast beef and soggy bread. Quite literally the opposite of what I ordered. We were the ONLY ones in line, got one sandwich meal with no special requests, and they couldn’t even get that right. I’ve personally worked a restaurant with a drive thru and lobby for over a year, and know it’s really not that hard to just get a simple order right. Learn how to do your job. Great food though
