Do not waste your money. We ordered the 3 meat plate with potato salad and bbq beans. The brisket was almost All fat, the pulled pork and chicken were mush. Couldn’t tell them apart, all lumped together. The potato salad was also mush, no actual potato chunks. ALL of the food was cold. When we complained, the girl said “I only work here.” What does that even mean? Shouldn’t she make sure the food is hot and not mush? It was like it was the end of the day and we had the bottom of the pan scrapped for food. We could not even eat it.

Don’t waste your time. Over priced! I Ordered the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork with sides being beans, macaroni. It comes with “bread”. Roughly $25. Taste is incredibly sad! Looks like something they would hand out in a shelter. Says meats were cooked 10-12 hours. Tasted like they were boiled, shredded, and slathered with bbq sauce. The bread they give you is a plain, bottom of a hamburger bun, cut in half. I ended up eating the meat with white rice and tossing the rest. My boyfriend ordered the loaded mac. For $18 the portion was sad. Could finish in five bites. A box of velveeta and spam could probably top it.

Bbq chicken was dry and flavorless. Greens had no flavor or seasoning. Mac and cheese was so watered down that there was no cheese flavoring taste. I ended up throwing the food away as it was just disgusting.
Customer service was no better. Cashier never spoke to me, never responded to me saying thank you, etc.
When I asked for a cup of water although I ordered food and a soda, I was told that there a water fountain around the corner.
The atmosphere is fine because of the other restaurants within the building at Liberty Station. But this place is HORRIBLE!
Total waste of money. I will never return. I suggest taking your hard earned month elsewhere. There are other restaurants within Liberty Station that have much better food and customer interactions.

Went to lunch here today the service was good and staff was friendly the prices seemed a little expensive, but the food portions make up for it, it’s a lot of food that they give you I got the 2 meat 2 sides plate, brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, bbq beans. The pulled pork was very flavorful. However the brisket was a little on the tougher side and maybe a little over done. The max and cheese was excellent and the beans were pretty good as well, I never had a tortilla with my bbq but they give you one if you want to make a flour taco. Overall I would still go back and have some bbq from here.

One of the very best pulled pork BBQ sandwich plates I’ve had in years. Their vinegar coleslaw and scratch potato salad was so delicious we ordered extra portions. The Pig’s Gig is located in the Liberty Mall, just a small cubical that’s hopping. Just one fellow who is pleasant and rockin’ it! Dining in requires a little hunting for seating, but once you pop the ‘to-go’ box it’s so worth the search! Weekday there’s plenty of parking, weekends gets a little hectic.

Amazing brisket; literally some of the best I have had. Really good chicken. Okay pulled pork. However mac and cheese was mediocre. Would def try brisket again, but may try one of the other places in the market too. A la carte brisket for the win

Service was horrible, employee mixed my order with someone else then me and the other guy come back to the encounter and admitted we both accidentally touched each others food (my kids) and the employees guilt tripped us into taking our respective orders.
Food was shit as well, meat was soo dry.
Ill be surprised if the business is still around in a year.

Liberty Market BBQ spot. Good portion sizes and fair prices. Ribs were good and pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Very Spicy vinager based Cole slaw. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Fast service. Plenty of outside seating.

I brought back a pulled pork sandwich because it was unpulled chunks of pork , very fatty and the bun was sopping wet. The replacement bbq chicken plate I ordered was chicken chunks, extremely dry and covered in a vinegar based thin red sauce which was decent tasting. I expected an intact breast; bbqd or at least with bbq sauce…
Collard greens were great!
I rarely send food back, but if I wasn’t pressed for time, I’d have asked for my money back.
*As a caveat, I have eaten here before and received at par quality roughly 2 years ago.
