I wanted to give some feedback about my recent visit. Before placing my order, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to an emergency, but one of your employees was very rude and told me I couldn’t use it unless I ordered something first. I understand the policy, but the way it was said was very disrespectful and unkind. I hope you can remind your staff to treat customers with more respect, especially in urgent situations.

I ordered online and it was ready to go when i got there.I had a bacon cheeseburger meal. The burger was absolutely delicious. The meat was cooked very well and tender and juicy. The bacon blended in perfectly and was just the right amount of crisp. I upgraded to the bacon cheese fries and was happy I did. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion was the fountain soda. It tasted flat like maybe cO2 was off in the machine or something. Would definitely recommend this place and come back for a burger sometime.

Ordered pickup, was very fast service. Food was great, juicy burger and quality, ingredients. The strawberry milkshake tasted fresh from real strawberries. Will come back. It’s just a bit pricey but worth it if you have a discount or come during happy hours.

Great burgers, as there are many to select from, at affordable prices. I love the Colorado or the Mushroom/Swiss. The staff is quick to deliver orders. The ambiance is lacking, but I do not go there to be entertained, just to buy a great meal.

The workers are wonderful here. Very friendly. I love there western burger. Better than Carl Jr’s. The fries are also very good being nice and crunchy and soft inside. A real French fry not like McDonald’s.

Was passing and it seemed nice and clean with comfy looking seating. Whilst waiting for it to be cooked noticed the friendly team welcoming people as they came in rather than the usual grunt you might get at some places.
Had a combo of drink, double burger and fries for about $15. Real crisp light fluffy fries with a really nice double burger packed with fresh salad. And the burger just had that perfect flame grilled taste and juiciness blend. Don’t know what more you could want really from a burger and fries. Was delicious and in a par with other similar priced places. Must have been good quality too overall as didn’t repeat on me once afterwards.
I liked this more than the in and out burgers which are really popular over here, as it was all just generally less greasy.
Have a feeling would revisit although only here for a week so won’t be a regular haunt.

I ordered veggie burger combo. I wish they had healthier alternatives on beverages. Fred’s sauce is pretty typical secret sauce most burger places use. Fries were not over salted.
