Let me start with the service. It was amazing. Our waitress was great, very nice and sweet. The food was delicious. Our dishes came out hot and fresh. It was a late lunch so not many people in the place. It was very clean and seemed well taken care of. My first time here though I’ve passed the area many times I never noticed it u til this day.

Hands down has to be one of the best Thai food restaurant I have been to! I enjoyed the Lemongrass soup I ordered with a level of 4 out of 5 on spiciness. Waiter greeted us very friendly. I have not enjoyed such a delicious soup in a long time and they don’t play around with spicy! My dish felt like a little experience with how the plate came with. Loved it very much and wish the restaurant for many customer to come ♥️

Called in order in at 5:37, was told 20 minutes. Arrived at 6:15 (nearly 40 minutes later). Stood in lobby and waited for someone to show up. 6:25 someone comes out to help. Informed my food is not ready. 6:32 I walk out with food. Get home…I live 5 minutes away and the food is stone cold. So I’m wondering how long it sat before someone could be bothered to give it to me. Make it worse? The food is crap. I got pad thai it was faintly sweet noodles. They were incredibly stingy with the veggies (I counted 2 pieces of green onion!) Hardly any beam sprouts and next to no peanuts. As for thr chicken…I think they “forgot” to add it cuz I found none. The golden tofu was slimy and gross. All and all I’d say go somewhere else.

The atmosphere is fine, but the food is delicious and the service was great. Green Papaya salad was yummy. Pad Thai was delicious. Coconut/pineapple ice-cream Sticky rice too!!

Pain

Was told 15 min for a takeout order of 2 entrees. It took 45. I ordered light on the spice and they made it as hot as it gets. Noodles are stuck together in the shape of box like it was sitting for awhile or overcooked. Not the greatest experience.

This Thai restaurant truly stands out! I ordered Pumpkin Curry (requested mild). It has just enough of a spice level to make it interesting (and so I don’t pass out … ha!). The fresh basil, perfectly orchestrated ingredients and the generous portion size make this a winner! Look at the size of that Thai Ice Tea. Pure goodness, super friendly Staff, basic, no-frills but clean and cozy restaurant in a Central Phoenix strip mall. Sooo worth the drive. I used to visit before years ago, forgot all about it and just re-discovered it.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai without the chicken. When I received my bill I was charged $3 for shrimp. They made my dish with the wrong noodles and no napkins and no eating utensils were in the bag when I arrived home. Americans are being over charged for just about everything. Businesses are taking advantage of hardworking people. I will not spend my money where I’m being over charged or with poor service and low quality food. Please find other options.

I took my wife here on a date. We love Thai food, and thai lotus did not disappoint! We actually ordered three entrees between the two of us so we’d have leftovers. The green curry was delicious, as was the pad Thai and the coconut curry (can’t remember the name if this one). So good!

The place is well kept, and the staff is friendly. No negatives here!
