Very Welcoming and Friendly Service from the Lovely Lady.
Had a Crispy Pork Banh Mi, Pork Summer Rolls and a Lychee Bubble Milk Tea.
All were Freshly Made.
The Banh Mi was Generously packed with Very Fresh Ingredients and was amongst the Best I’ve Ever Had !
The Summer Rolls were Equally Delicious !
And the Bubble Milk Tea, was Fabulous.
This Modestly sized Establishment is Certainly putting out Some Wonderful Food and Drinks !

I had the Beef Pho, good portion of meet, not too salty and I was welcomed with a big genuine smile from the ( I assume) owner, she was really lovely and checked on my food twice! Will definitely go back and maybe try the Ban Mi

Banh mi is so yum!!! The bread is toasted to a perfect crisp, not dry or hard. The crispy pork is generous, and the sauce is well-balanced—not too sour, sweet, or salty. Overall, it’s one of the best banh-mi.

I ordered the beef pho from this place, and I was extremely disappointed. The beef had an unpleasant, almost chemical taste, reminiscent of sanitizer. It left a bitter and tangy aftertaste that was anything but enjoyable. Definitely not the quality I expected.

It’s hard to give five stars for ‘atmosphere’ for a food court eatery but on all other counts this food outlet is too shelf. The Banh Mi is exceptional!! And the staff super friendly and kind.

I tried the Bun Bo Hue. Recipe passed down from Grandma. It was delicious. Not a common dish to find here so I was glad to catch it while it’s on the menu. Ask for extra Chili ️ if you like spice. **Tip** Dipping the spring roll in the broth is heavenly

Twice I have been served a meal that they assured me was GF. It wasn’t until I went back and checked, that they specified “it would be GF, but the noodles and rice paper aren’t GF, and maybe not the sauces, but yes it’s otherwise GF”. Please exercise caution in trusting what they initially say and what is also on their menu, as they minimise the situation and falsely advertise their meals as GF.
