The days of little Caesars being fast and convenient are over. This location is an absolute time vampire. Maybe a total of 5 cars in the parking lot and 2 pizzas took about 50 minutes. I could’ve placed and picked up a Papa John’s order 3 times by the time they accomplished 1 order. Place has some serious time management issues.

Upon picking up my order I hear 2 employees saying my last name off the box order. And making jokes about it. I understand it’s not a typical last name but regardless this is unprofessional and disrespectful as I’ve ever seen. After speaking up and saying that it was my order the employees walked right back into the back of the store, leaving the manager up front. Nothing was said no acknowledgement or apology. I just took my food and left. That will be the last time.

Horrible experience today 9-11-2025. Was advised that the hot and ready wings that I ordered were not ready and would be ready in 15 minutes. I totally understand the delay. However the 15 minutes was not exactly the truth. After 25 minutes of waiting I was told that they are not ready yet and to appease me I could get an order of other stuff that I did not order. I advised that I did not order the other stuff due to I did not want it and would go in the trash. After a way too long of a wait the so called manager on duty told me that the GM would be in tomorrow to assist. I asked if I need to be here for the assistance and was told no. The personnel told me that they would make it up to me on a later date. I will keep you posted. Customer expectation was not met at all. Thanks.

Regardless of weather, my husband tried to go and pickup a pizza today because the roads were okay to drive on. Instead of telling him they were closing and weren’t making any more pizzas, they decided to scream at him through a window after they’d ignored him in the drive thru line. A simple “we’re so sorry, we’re actually closing” would’ve sufficed. I worked in food service for 10 years and if this would’ve been my reaction to ANY customer I would’ve been fired. Check your employees attitudes, please. Snow isn’t new to Arkansas.

We had a “Promise Time” of 9:29pm on our receipt after placing an online order this evening. After arriving, and waiting until 10:05pm to ask the staff about the order after multiple people had come and gone with their orders, after multiple mishaps had happened with other customers in front of us, we were completely blown off regarding our order, and weren’t even offered a remake on an order that god knows what had happened to. We got a refund, and that’s better than any pizza these fools might maybe make you. Stephen A., let this be a lesson in your customer service skills. 0/5, your boss should be ashamed.
