We went tonight to grab a quick bite to eat, Tiffany was so pleasant and kind. Greeted us with the biggest smile. You could tell she was happy at her job and wanted the customers to be happy as well. Thank you so much, Tiffany for the exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back.

I used to really like this place. Now it is just mediocre at best. They forget to season the wings half the time and its mostly under seasoned when they do remember. Portion sizes are different every time I get the large tots. They like to argue when your order is wrong. The price of the wings being bumped up from $10 to $15 dollars for a ten piece wing and a 20 piece costing $25 dollars now is absolutely ridiculous especially when they forget to season them! Tots are always different portion sizes everytime I get a large. I barely got any last time I ordered. I’m done with this place. Zaxbys next door will have my business from now on especially because of the price. The blue haired guy is not pleasant to deal with and wears sunglasses at night. Not to hard to figure out why he does that and the way that he is. Absolutely do not recommend!

Service is terrible. The order was wrong twice, and took twenty minutes give or take to finally get it. Though it was still wrong. I wanted a large drink, a large fry, cheese, extra ketchup, extra onion and pickle.

So, I spent 19 dollars on (2) 3 egg breakfast plates. Told the lady how I wanted the eggs cooked, and all went well. I pay for my order and proceed home. Upon my arrival and subsequent delivery of said food, I noticed the eggs were all cooked wrong, and the toast looked like a crack head made it! Butter spread on 2 halves, and the other 2 halves were plain. Not even toasted. When you spend 19 dollars on 2 plates of eggs, you already need a plan B for what just happened to you! I called and left a message to no avail because NOBODY will answer the phone! This used to be such a great place to eat occasionally. IYKYK… So I hope this reaches someone with a little understanding and care, and something will be done to fix this?! If not, I hope it stops many more from making the mistake I did! ✌️

The lady was rude and didn’t even listen to half of what I wanted to order. After repeating myself 5 times that I didn’t want a drink, I wanted fries, she still didn’t get it right. I understand you can have bad days as I have worked in fast food before, but you should listen to the customer and not be rude about it.

Rude and disrespectful service. nasty cold hard food.
My fries were dumped upside down in the bag. Went in because I couldn’t find my corn pups because they were buried under napkins and my fries. Lady was rude and snappy because i didn’t realize they were in the bag. Everything was cold and completely nasty. Will not be back because there was no need to be rude over a small mistake and also fresh food should not be ice cold and hard. Also when you order two separate meals expecting them to be in two separate boxes and they put it in one which makes no sense at all.
