I came on a Saturday with my kids and ordered 2 Carnitas Bowls and a Kids Chicken Quesadilla. Food tasted as good as expected.
My son’s quesadilla was really stuck on the foil. That usually does not happen and we’ve been to several Chipotles in the area. Other than that, we had a good experience.

Jan 28, 2026 lunch time. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Portion size for chicken and guacamole was good. Bowl was good overall. The guac was exceptional tasted super fresh. Brown rice was a little hard. Coca Cola from the soda machine was half flat.

There was a young man at Chipotle working in between the hours of 6-7PM baking the food yesterday. This gentlemen had a mustache and a goatee, this young man wrapped the perfect burrito. If you have ever had a burrito tear apart you know what I’m talking about. I asked for two wraps that is where all the magic started, then I asked for extra rice, and he stuffed it, the burrito was flawless. Nothing came out,the structure stayed in place from start to finish. I will ABSOLUTELY be back,and I hope he teaches everybody how to wrap burritos. Wow it was so good.

I want to express my considerable dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your establishment on December 6, 2025 at approximately 10:00 PM. Upon my arrival, I observed an employee, Jennifer, whose initial demeanor was notably unwelcoming. Her visible reaction, which included an apparent eye-roll, followed by her retreating to a back area for several minutes, created an immediate sense of unease. When she eventually returned to the service counter, I attempted to initiate a polite interaction by offering a greeting. However, my salutation was met with a terse “give me a minute,” after which she proceeded to fulfill another customer’s order without acknowledging my presence or returning my greeting. This immediate interaction set a distinctly unprofessional and inhospitable tone for the remainder of my visit. While I am cognizant that business operations may be winding down as closing time approaches, I firmly believe that customers are entitled to consistent and courteous service throughout your advertised operating hours, which extend until 11:00 PM. The implication I received was that my patronage at that hour was an inconvenience. Furthermore, when my quesadilla was being prepared, I noted a significant deviation from standard portioning guidelines. The amount of my chosen meat and cheese was noticeably meager, requiring me to explicitly request additional servings to reach what I consider to be an acceptable quantity. This suggested a lack of attention to detail in service delivery. In summation, the employee’s overall conduct throughout my interaction conveyed a distinct lack of engagement and professionalism.
I am providing this feedback with the expectation that these concerns will be reviewed. It is imperative that all staff members consistently uphold high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected, regardless of their arrival time within your operational hours.

I love Chipotle, but this location is hit or miss! Maybe they were short-staffed, but there were about five staff members there, and it wasn’t a good experience. My husband and I arrived around 7pm, waited in line for a few minutes, and when we reached the counter to order, the guy said they were out of chicken and it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready. We were okay waiting and went to the back of the line until it was prepared.
However, once we returned to the counter to order when the chicken was ready, the guy didn’t apologize for the wait or greet us—he said he had to make a ToGo order. I think there should have been another person handling those behind the counter. So now, as he’s making my bowl, he decides to add more barbacoa to the bin, and some juice leaks into the queso. I hope no one has a pork allergy.
Overall, I could tell no one there was a team player or willing to help their fellow team members. I believe the guy helping us was overwhelmed, and no one came to assist him. They need to ensure they are fully prepared for a dinner rush because they clearly weren’t tonight. We were there for about 30 minutes just to get 2 bowls to go.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. Tiffany, the general manager, was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to the situation. I ordered a quesadilla half-and-half chicken, but after adding the chicken, the employee asked to pay for extra meat due to a misunderstanding. Even after we agreed there was miscommunication, Tiffany refused service and told me to “get out.” The level of disrespect was unacceptable. Very unprofessional customer service.

Shared a chicken bowl with my daughter and we both had diarrhea.. The last behind me mentioned the beans looked soapy I should’ve know. Also the serving area was disgusting and the guy was pouring the old stuff in a pan with the new fresh items.. I don’t think I’ll ever go back and the customer servce was noon existent

Came here today and spent money for a cold chicken bowl and lumpy, tasteless and cold queso sauce for my chips. The chips was the best part of the meal.
My sister asked for kids meals and was given and charged for 2 adult meals from the incompetent teenagers working at the counter.
Will never come back to any chipotles again.

I reviewed y’all last time. But my post was deleted. But y’all need to talk to the girl working the line on the evening shift. She’s horrible with her customer service. Got this horrible attitude. She’s a heftier A.A girl that has one ear piercing. I think her name is Jennifer. Not sure doe.(That’s why I described her appearance) I was greeted by a guy who was nice serving my beans rice and chicken. But then came to her adding sauces and stuff and she just stared at me like if I was dumb. I said ” what did you say” and she said “I ain’t say nothing” and I guess she ain’t get the hint. That that’s her problem she don’t be saying anything and is rude. Then u ask her for stuff to add and she be rationing. Someone talk to her. And if she ain’t like her job. She need to dip. And don’t delete my post. Thank u! Other than that great food.

What’s happened to the portion? It used to be filling you leave there happy and satisfied I went with one of my employees to eat they charged almost $42 for only 2 fajita bowls and I am not kidding Ty he portions are cut to less than half w elect still hungry. This is the 3rd chance I have given this restaurant the 1st2 times rice was under cooked left unhappy and I have been going to chipotle for years ever since they opened up these 3 last time I’ve eaten there were the worse specially that they cut down their portions to half even the guacamole they started given very small amount
